Service: Excellent! They upgraded us to a family room for free and even included breakfast for my family of three. Facilities: The washing machine was very convenient, and the dryer worked great – highly recommend it. Location: It's an 8-minute walk from the high-speed train station, and taxis to attractions are quick. There's also a local specialty shop downstairs.

Getting a hotel at this price in this area is incredible value for money! The room was quite spacious, well-arranged, clean, and tidy, with all the basic amenities you'd expect. The hotel is very close to the Longmen Grottoes, about a 10-minute taxi ride away. It's also very near both the high-speed rail and subway stations, making it convenient to get anywhere. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choices. Highly recommended.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in a wonderful way! Before booking, I was a bit hesitant because I saw some negative reviews, but then I thought, even five-star hotels get bad reviews, so I just went for it. And I'm so glad I did—it was even better than I imagined. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My mom forgot her phone charger, and they had spares available, and they also had umbrellas for a rainy day. The breakfast was genuinely good; at least my mom really enjoyed it. She has a sensitive stomach, and the breakfast suited her perfectly, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties like beef soup, rice noodles, bread, and pastries. You can see for yourselves in the pictures! The room design was very thoughtful, with a separate toilet and shower, which is super convenient when traveling with family. Oh, and it's close to the high-speed rail station, but it wasn't noisy at all, so we slept really soundly.

The hotel's location is super convenient. It's right by the East Square of the High-Speed Rail Station. It only takes about 7 or 8 minutes by taxi to Longmen Grottoes, and there's a subway to Luoyi Ancient City. Plus, the hotel breakfast is really good, with both Chinese and Western options.

Holiday Inn Express is always one of my top choices when I travel – clean, great service, and hassle-free. On this trip to Henan, I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in both Zhengzhou and Luoyang. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards and keep improving. The breakfast is a particular highlight and something they should really focus on enhancing!

This hotel offers great value for money. It's much closer to the subway station than I expected. The room's soft furnishings are nice and modern, and most importantly, the soundproofing is excellent. The lobby provides complimentary tea and coffee, and the Luckin Coffee beans are a nice touch. Breakfast is quite varied, and the service is decent.

The hotel is right next to Luoyang Station, a very convenient five-minute walk away. The breakfast is also plentiful. The room is spacious, with a separate wet and dry area, and all the facilities are updated, making it perfect for families traveling with children.
