酒店比較陳舊，四星酒店相當快捷酒店的設施。但是春節期間，洛陽酒店真不好定，四星以上沒定到雙床，衹好自己打了個地鋪，要感謝服務員送來被子和床單，服務人員都還是很好的，停車場的保安大叔出門都給打招呼。

連住6天，客房衞生打掃的挺好，前台工作人員服務也熱情。早餐有洛陽特色的牛肉湯，有蝦🦐有魚🐠（第一次看見早餐吃魚蝦）。但6天的早餐品種和種類沒有一點變化，完全一模一樣，而且主食衹有一個小饅頭和鹹菜包子。
