An absolutely wonderful hotel! It's super convenient, right next to Metro Line 2. Getting here from Longmen High-Speed Rail Station takes only about 10 minutes, and it's easy and cheap to take a taxi or the metro to any attractions. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When checking in, a lovely lady brought me a warm cup of red date tea, which felt like a godsend after a tiring journey. I stayed two nights, and the kind front desk lady upgraded my room and even gave me a bottle of wine and afternoon tea. Coming back after a long day of sightseeing, a relaxing bath and a leisurely afternoon tea were just perfect! The hotel's Chinese restaurant is incredibly popular; it was my first time seeing a five-star hotel restaurant with a waiting list for dinner, and the food was truly amazing! This was a very satisfying stay, leaving me with wonderful memories of my trip to Luoyang!

The room decor is exquisite and elegant, spacious and bright, with convenient amenities and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent. Every day when we returned from sightseeing, there was a complimentary rock sugar pear soup, which instantly melted away our fatigue.

This hotel completely changed my perception of Luoyang! It's incredibly upscale and luxurious. I booked an executive room and was upgraded for free to an executive suite. They even offered a complimentary dinner buffet, and in the evening, they delivered milk and a steam eye mask to the room. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic and great value for money.

[Hygiene] Upon entering the room, there was a hair in the sink and urine stains on the toilet rim. [Environment] There's not much of a view nearby, but transportation is quite convenient. [Service] I specifically requested a quiet room and an extra 4 bottles of mineral water when booking through Trip.com. However, I didn't get the extra water, and the room assigned, 1820, was incredibly noisy. For two mornings in a row, a group of staff members held meetings right next door, which was extremely loud. Right outside the room door was a fire exit, and every time staff opened and closed it, there was a very loud banging sound, making it impossible to sleep in the mornings. Room 1820 was also right next to the elevator shaft, and the elevator operation was very noisy. This room should not be sold. I reported the noise from staff meetings near the guest room and the loud banging from the fire exit door to the hotel, but they seemed to take it very lightly, requiring a 'step-by-step' reporting process, and eventually, I heard nothing back. [Dining] The breakfast selection was limited. [Facilities] The remote control for the automatic toilet was not working and was only fixed when I was about to check out. In summary, the hotel showed extreme disrespect for the customer. The room provided was not properly cleaned, my requests on Trip.com were ignored, I was assigned a room right next to a staff office/meeting area, and my feedback about the banging fire exit door was also disregarded. They completely ignored customer concerns.

Booked an executive twin room for two nights for a spring break trip to Luoyang to see the peonies with my child. Overall, it's a 5-star standard. It's convenient to get a taxi anywhere, and the breakfast quality is good, with fresh squeezed juice – no dilution. The service is also excellent. The executive lounge's afternoon tea was decent. We missed the 'happy hour' on the first day as we didn't know about it. On the second day, which was a Friday, we could have hot food at the buffet restaurant. For an extra 128 yuan, we could have access to the entire spread, but we didn't add it, and there was hardly anything appealing to eat without the upgrade. My child, being over 1.2 meters, required an additional payment for the buffet, which we paid. The service in the F&B department was the worst compared to the front desk, housekeeping, and swimming pool. Specifically, the auntie making Eggs Benedict seemed unenthusiastic and reluctant to give out the cooked eggs, almost hiding them. The uncle cooking seafood was similar; he said he'd cook for me but took forever. About half a month after checking out, I accidentally looked at the bill and realized my deposit hadn't been refunded. Luckily, after a phone call, it was smoothly refunded. If I hadn't checked the bill myself, would it have just been missed? 🤣 Overall, the feeling was quite comfortable, especially for a room costing over a thousand yuan a night.

This hotel is super convenient, really close to the high-speed train station, and it's just a short walk to Mudan Avenue. The breakfast spread is amazing! They have a huge variety of Henan specialties like tofu soup, beef soup, and spicy hot soup (hulahu tang) – all delicious. The Chinese restaurant here offers a fantastic fusion of Ningbo and Henan cuisine, which is quite unique. The peonies in the lobby are absolutely stunning, and the service is incredibly warm and attentive. Highly recommend! 👍

First off, all the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the lobby was very grand. However, there were a few issues: 1. There was a rumbling noise in the room, which I suspect came from the air conditioning ducts. 2. The front desk's efficiency was extremely poor. It took nearly two hours to get our room changed. We were waiting in a temporary room with our 9-month-old granddaughter in the middle of the day. We only found out the room was ready after calling to inquire, leading me to believe they simply forgot about our room change request amidst their busy schedule. Furthermore, calls to the front desk often went unanswered. 3. To top it off, as we were leaving, we received a call from the hotel asking if we had taken a trouser hanger. This really soured my impression of the hotel. When we arrived, there was only one trouser hanger and one suit hanger in the room, which clearly indicates that the room hadn't been properly checked before our arrival.

First time in Luoyang, I chose Luoyang International Hotel. It's super convenient as Line 2 is right outside, making it easy to get to Yingtiangate. The museum is a bit of a walk, but the Sui-Tang Botanical Garden is directly across from it. For Longmen Grottoes, there's a shuttle directly from the hotel that takes you to White Horse Temple. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and even during peak hours, the queue was orderly. The room was a bit compact; there was a desk but no desk lamp, which made it hard to work. The staff at the Chinese restaurant were very thoughtful; they even explained the origins of each dish as they served it, which was a nice touch! The hotel staff were all very welcoming. They also had a stamp collection activity for a gift. I happily collected all the stamps and received a custom Luoyang International Hotel bottle opener. It was very refined, but not something a child would be interested in. The staff mentioned I could ask the front desk for a peony brooch when checking out. I had a pleasant three-day stay, but when I went to check out, the front desk said they were out of brooches and waiting for a new shipment. It's early April, and they're still restocking? Is this a new hotel? They also offered a choice of a boarding pass souvenir or a mugwort hammer. Honestly, I think the hotel could be more generous with gifts that truly represent Luoyang.

Couldn't believe I booked such a fantastic hotel on my first trip to Luoyang! The decor is high-end and elegant, and I was incredibly impressed with both the facilities and the service. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and our room was spacious and quiet. My whole family had a really comfortable stay!
