"So nice and comfy. We arrived here early morning. The receptionist was very helpful and let us check in as soon the room was done. The hotel is at very good location. Taxi is so cheap. I recommend to use taxi for all your journey in Louyang. The room is spacious. It has all the necessities. There are so many shops near by the hotel. There is a restaurant on the second floor as well."

"My feedback using three C.- Convenient, Cleanness and Customer Service. 1st. C - the location is a 50meter from the Metro Station—no restaurants around the Hotel. We need to take two stations from the hotel to the Mall where there are plenty of restaurants and Shopping. 2nd Cleanness The room and the toilet are clean. The room furniture is not tired-looking. Towels are changed daily, and so are the shower Gels. 3rd Customer Service is helpful as they assist us in going around Tourist Sites via local Metro and Didi. Overall, it is worth staying in Luoyang. Recommend staying three nights in Luoyang. This hotel is highly recommended. . "This is a brand new hotel and far surpassed my expectations. The facility is beautiful and modern. All expected amenities were included. Gorgeous bathroom with tub and separate toilet and shower areas. Breakfast is an amazing buffet of western and Chinese food. My only complaint is that the toilet had a faint smell."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Ramada hotel at Luoyang. The staff is really friendly and their service is top notch. The Family room is exactly what we need for our trip. The little tipi tent is a nice touch and our kids really like it. The room is very clean. I would say the picture on the website does not do justice to the room we are staying. And it has enough room for our kits to stretch their legs for a bit. The breakfast and buffet dinner are both amazing. The location is great, close to the tourist area and the busy section, but not too noisy. The shopping center and a supermarket next door works really well for us. We were able to get little snacks for kids fairly easily. There’s no shortage of food options nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we travel to Luoyang again!"

"Amazing service from the hotel owner. lady boss is so nice. location is right in the hesrt of all the eateries. perfect place to stay if you want to visit the walki street. just take note that in the shower room, if you re in fanily room, staying with other people or adult kids, the shower room can be a little bit incovenient due to less hanger and you may want some privacy to ooen door to take your towel. but we were good as we made do with it."

"Overall pleasant stay! Checkin was breeze, and location of hotel is strategic. 西工小街is right across the hotel, which have a similar concept of kopitiam. Night street with booths selling small crafts and also games like those night markets. Soundproofing was not perfect. Could hear patrons talking along the corridor/opening and closing doors. And level 3 is a smoking level. Not sure why i was assigned the room at the level but we took it anyway without changing because it’s for just 2 nights. Hotel offer breakfast and hightea (2-5pm) which is sad for us because we’re always out to explore and missing it. Breakfast was simple but sufficient to have a hot soup meal to warm up your body before you start the day On checkout day, the hotel also gave us a souvenir each."
