I booked a comfortable hotel on Ctrip for 5 days and 4 nights of Gannan Tour. As a result, I stayed at a hotel opened by Tibetans for the next 3 nights. The sanitation, facilities and services were worse than the other. How does a hotel like this enter the comfortable group? of? This hotel does not have an elevator, hot water is available for a limited time, and there is no free pure water supply. There is a chargeable extra large bottle of pure water in the room. Bath towels and towels are dirtier than rags, and the bed sheets are broken and laid out for the guests. The three elderly people in our party ask the front desk to arrange the removal of the luggage. Does the Tibetan hotel enjoy special treatment?

The hardware of the scenic hotel cannot be reviewed by the standards of the city. The basic requirements are comfort and convenience. In terms of convenience, it has its own parking lot. It is also convenient to eat nearby. In terms of hygiene, I saw two little girls seriously when they checked out. Every room was mopped and cleaned and felt very at ease; I told the front desk that the hair dryer in the room was not working, and I sent a new one right away; plus the smile of the little girl at the front desk was very bright 😄 Will stay next time I come, also recommend to friends

衞生很差，除了地段好其他都不好，施捨很陳舊，不好的體驗

沒有暖氣，熱水不熱，冷熱水標誌弄反，門反鎖不了，一直在滴滴響。燈是壞的，開燈的時候一直閃，床被單毛巾發黴不乾淨

早餐沒吃，住到四樓最靠邊的房間，看着賓館門口寫着有地暖，但是房間一點温度都沒有甚至很冷，打電話到前台，説他們燒着呢，但就是我們住的房間沒有，明知道冷，也不採取措施，問有沒有解決的辦法，説那要不你退房，還有一堆人等着住呢，所以就店大欺客？？
