Absolutely amazing hotel and service and location A few pointers that could be improved wood floor worn out and scratched up every where the tiles in bathroom could do with a regrout apart from that Absolutely stunning hotel best I have stayed service very fast response bathroom facilities 10/10 could do with a TV in bathroom

The environment and service are very good, but the hardware is a bit unbearable

Maybe because the floor is high and the surrounding area is empty, the wind will make a howling sound, so be sure to close the windows tightly. Desserts are welcome and I hope to arrange more salty ones! Breakfast is very delicious!

Excellent as always, one of the best hotels in Doha. Special thanks to Wen Xin, a girl from Heilongjiang, China, for her warm and thoughtful service and wonderful memories.

The facilities and hygiene are perfect, everything is new and smart. What I like most is the aromatherapy machine in the room. You can choose your favorite scent every day. It may be the off-season, and there are not many guests in the hotel. There were basically no other people eating breakfast during the few days I stayed. The service in the restaurant was very good, and the banana cake for breakfast was very impressive. The only drawback is that the room service is lacking and the ability to respond to emergencies is poor. Maybe it’s because of the new hotel?

Emmanuel & the staff at the Aqua lounge on the 2nd floor were fantastic!! They listened and paid attention to every detail in accommodating me and my clients. Thank you Emmanuel! P.S. I would highly recommend trying the shish tuwak it was amazing!

War welcomed by the team. All the services were done perfectly and very well by our waiter Said. He was very engaged and helpful each time we need him. I will come again for sure this time with my family and with my colleagues again to enjoy more these delicious meals.

We had an amazing dinner at Aqua Pool with a stunning view of Lusail Marina. Phyo, the concierge supervisor, was excellent in recommending this experience. Oleksandra welcomed us warmly and surprised my friend with a special cake for her second visit to Qatar from London. Emmanuel provided top-notch service, and the two staff members who assisted with our food and shisha setup were incredibly kind. Highly recommend this place! Thank you, -Jeff 🤩

We stayed at one of the top suite in the hotel 2601 and 2602. Beautiful rooms very well laid out but the service was absolutely awful. First is the butler service 24/7 is a joke never was able to get through to them. Then after getting through to them it would take another 1 hour for them to do what needs to be done. Then second was aqua lounge , we went there to order a drink on our first day to enjoy the experience instantly ruined. We went to the bar knowing what we wanted ordered and waited over half and hour cause the bartender decided to go to the toilet. The staff mentioning bartender going to toilet in itself was just disgusting. We didn't stay at that lounge and never went again due to putting us off. After having drinks at roof top lounge, we decided to make our way to the cigar lounge. We then noticed that azahi bottles were not offered here so we asked the bartender if he could get them to bring it down. He wasn't happy doing this and then went onto confronting my guest on how inconvenient it is for him. Shouldn't be working in that environment if you don't know the people who you are serving. All I could say in general people working here have lots of training to do and understand people are paying top money for the services here. Just having an empty shell without the heart this business cannot thrive.
