No welcome drink on arrival, scrappy papers stuck to the reception desk in public view, no porter to assist with luggage Room very basic poor tv channel quality with some channels having no sound. Room was clean though amenities are poor. I would expect a turn down service for price paid and a small gesture such as a biscuit with the tea and coffee facilities and at-least a fresh milk pods instead of Cremora. Plenty of clean towels and linen was of good quality. Restaurant was fair priced and reasonable selection with food presented reasonably though nothing extravagant or special. Breakfast is very interesting, lacks the basics such as grilled tomatoes missing not seen in 5 days. One day hash browns the following none but then appears that the buffet from a conference the day before is dumped at breakfast as I saw things from chicken curry to peas and carrots to chicken goujons and then boiled egg curry at some point on the breakfast buffet. Not a decent croissant or banana loaf in site. Hotel has the fittings but lacks so much in so many ways so in my option is not very good value for money.
