酒店的地理位置非常方便，附近有公交車站，對我們遊客來説非常方便，靠近湖邊可以近距離看到落星墩，酒店早餐品種多，性價比高

物美價廉，服務到位，地段一流（酒店就在纜車站樓隔壁）。酒店有餐廳，早中晚餐都有，早餐是自助餐，品種和味道都相當不錯，憑早餐券就餐；中晚餐是叫炒菜的形式，嚐了下做得也很不錯；我住的是最頂樓的房間，面積相對小一點，但設施都是齊全的；不過床用的是軟床墊，個人不太喜歡睡軟床墊

在廬山市，酒店就在鄱陽湖邊上，出來走幾步就到鄱陽湖紫陽堤，湖中央可以看到落星墩。

地點有點偏，衞生條件一般，當地服務水平就那麼回事兒吧，入住以後窗户把手是壞的，我説換間房當時還不想給我換，讓師傅修的，廁所的淋浴房花灑開關也是壞的，而且還有使用過袋裝的沐浴液，後來換了間房，房子倒是挺大，其他就還行吧。希望酒店之後能有所調整改進。

離紫陽堤、落星墩很近，位置有點偏，設施也顯老舊，以價格取勝。旁邊是廬山二中，晚上下晚自習時接孩子的各種車把酒店門口塞得水泄不通，人聲鼎沸。。。

酒店離紫陽堤很近，步行10分鐘以內，從紫陽堤過去就是落星墩。酒店有一定年份了，但各項設施跟得上現在商務酒店的要求，房間不大但設施齊全，早餐可以自己燙米粉，性價比高。

1、位置偏僻，風口上；2、員工管理混亂、工作不交接、前台客房不溝通、沒有服務意識、沒有責任心、態度差、不耐煩、建議反饋沒有下文，投訴找不到主管經理，下次不來了，再見
