The scenery and food were excellent. We booked this trip for our elderly family members during the off-season, and they thoughtfully moved us to a room on the second floor. Even though we drove there, the pick-up and drop-off service on the mountain was very considerate. The downsides: the front desk was chaotic. First, we used our Ctrip benefits to get early check-in, but the housekeeper was completely unaware. Then, we booked two nights but only one night, and when we returned, the room was locked. Next, we used our ”stay now, pay later” benefit and were asked to check out and pay. Thankfully, our elderly family members called to inquire, otherwise their credit card would have been charged again. If this were truly a booking for a client, there could have been many misunderstandings. We hope they can improve this situation.
