The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the living environment was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and attentive, making for a good overall stay. It offers decent value for money and is perfect for a temporary stay while traveling.

You can see the Nile River, it's so beautiful! The service attitude is also great.

Nothing to complain about here! The location is great, the facilities are excellent, and the little garden is beautiful. Plus, there's a Chinese restaurant nearby.

The balcony room offers a fantastic view; you can see the Nile River right from your room, and it's absolutely stunning at sunset. The service was great – I came back to the hotel to find my pajamas neatly folded and placed on the bed.

The river view room really has an unbeatable environment. You can watch the sunrise, sunset, and hot air balloons from the room. The interior design is also beautiful, with a European-style flair. The facilities are a bit old, and the service is just average.

Although it's an older, well-established local hotel with an excellent location, the room facilities are quite dated. The river view is also inconsistent, with some rooms having obstructions. On the positive side, the public garden areas are beautiful, and breakfast times are very accommodating for early risers/busy travelers. Additionally, the dinner buffet offers great value for money.

This place was absolutely dreadful... The hotel looks older than my grandpa. The room was dilapidated, old, rundown, and tiny. I was worried the door lock would fall off if I just touched it. The bathroom was filthy and so small I could barely turn around. Showering and washing my hair felt like an ordeal... The only redeeming quality was the common areas, but it's still completely not worth it! Avoid at all costs! 👋
