Good and convenient location, with nice hotel room and service. Breakfast is average.

We love it so much. We get a free upgrade room with Jacuzzi. Really appreciate and thank you so much. The staff is very friendly upon check-in, if not mistaken called Yusoof. The room is comfortable and unique, with beautiful sunset view. Love it and definitely will be back again.

Customer Service is outstanding. Location is convenience and close to stores and attractions . Price was reasonable. Rooms well-kept and clean. Strongly recommended this hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We were very happy to stay in this hotel.

Great hotel on the Nile. In a good location but on the main street so can be noisy at times. Many restaurants in walking distance

Nice hotel with quaint rooms and the service was friendly. We had dinner here and the food was okay, but it was nice to sit by the pool and have a few drinks.

Very nice hotel. Can see the nile river from my room. Staffs were very nice. Especially the young men who can speak a little Chinese, he is super friendly and always giving you a smile whenever he sees you.

Great contemporary hotel, situated right in the heart of Luxor's East Bank with an amazing pool side and deck to the Nile.. Brilliant concierge services offered by Hany and team. Only downside was the food quality offered by one of the outdoor grilled food which didn't meet basic standards.

Good Location. Clean and Comfortable. Lying on the sun-bathing chair at night to see the stars there is really cozy. Need to be aware that the shower facilities is just soso, the water pressure is not strong enough

+ very good service from everyone at the reception to the staff at the restaurants +excellent location- very close to Luxor Temple and Karnak temple and not very far from the other major sites such as Valley of the Kings +breakfast buffet was lovely, fresh eggs made to order, pancakes and waffles and big selection of other foods you’d find in a hotel buffet +I paid about $33 for a dinner buffet, which was great! Freshly made mini burgers were delicious. Cans of soft drink/juice/water included

We loved our stay . If we came back Luxor , we will stay the same hotel. People of front desk are very friendly. Especially Clara she arranged our tours. Breakfast are delicious .

When I arrived at the hotel, a young staff at the reception assigned my room to the garden view room. By the way, the room I booked was the Nile view room. The Nile view room was more expensive. I was dumbfounded and complained on the phone, but the person lied about seeing the Nile from my room. I couldn’t see the Nile at all. So when I went down to the reception and protested strongly, the manager came and changed my room to the original Nile view room. Ye, they downgraded of my room.

Amazing hotel: fantastic swimming pool that sits by the Nile River. Friendly staff and clean facilities. A definite stay in Luxor, especially considering its proximity to Luxor’s main attractions.

Nice position and view, room is clean. But do not believe anyone you meet around the hotel whatever they say, they just want your money.
