The hotel is in a good location, by the Nile River, where you can ride or watch the dhow at sunset. The room is large and quiet, the waiter is warm and friendly, the breakfast is rich in variety and can meet the taste of Chinese people, and there is a parking lot.

The service level was so low that you wouldn't expect it to be a 5 star rated hotel. A very disappointing hotel. I stayed at a Marriott hotel in Cairo and Hurghata, but since there was no Marriott hotel in Luxor, I stayed at a former Sheraton hotel. The staff, breakfast, rooms, and hotel facilities are far from the Marriott level. The only thing that gave it 5 stars was the relaxing view of the Nile River.
