"My trip to Baku, Azerbaijan, and my stay at the Baku Boulevard Marriott was an absolute high point! ✨ The location is simply unbeatable! The hotel is right by the Caspian Sea, and opening the window reveals stunning sea views. Strolling along the promenade in the evening, feeling the sea breeze, and watching the sunset truly enhances the ambiance 💖. It's also not far from the airport, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service, so lugging luggage to catch a flight isn't a hassle. Getting to various attractions in the city center is also very convenient. The rooms are genuinely spacious and bright, with a modern and stylish decor that makes for a very comfortable stay. The bed firmness was just right; even I, who usually struggles to sleep in new places, slept soundly all night. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless, and all the facilities were new and easy to use. Upgrading to a sea-view room is definitely worth it; lying in bed and watching the shimmering Caspian Sea is incredibly therapeutic 🌊. The dining options are incredibly diverse, ranging from local specialties to international flavors. The breakfast selection was particularly comprehensive, with fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets – you could eat there for days without getting bored. The small desserts at tea time were exquisitely made; lounging in the lounge in the afternoon with some sweets and a cup of tea was wonderfully relaxing. I must commend the pool in the public area! The water was clean, and the surrounding sun loungers were comfortable. Swimming and then sunbathing afterward truly felt like a perfect vacation 🏊‍♀️. The service team was also very professional and enthusiastic, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out. Any issues were addressed promptly, which made for a very pleasant experience. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is quite large, and the corridors are long, so sometimes finding your room takes a little walk, but this in no way detracts from the overall experience. Whether for leisure or business travel, this hotel is perfectly suited. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Baku! 👏"

"Beautiful building, but there are many things to improve. ”+” 1. Very beautiful view from the seaview room, you can see the whole city 2. Personnel is polite and helpful 3. Not so far from the center, nice area around, easy to get by taxi 4. The room is spacious and clean, with nice bathroom. 5. In room dining is good. ”-” 1. I booked this hotel knowing Fairmont from other countries (stayed there) and the level here is down. 2. If you call and ask something, not very fast response. Ihad to wait very long for help with luggage at check out. 3. The price is expensive for the level you get. 4. The spa area which for me was important was old, needs modernisation. Sauna wood is dangerously falling apart, the jacuzzi in the pool have handles that are moving a lot, almost detached, stain in the pool is not cleaned. There is no supervision in the pool, some people enter without shower. 5. I booked for the sun and external pool, but its down in between the buildings, so no sun after lunch and its very windy. Overall the hotel is good, but many things that ruin the impression."

"This was our first time in Azerbaijan and Baku, and we didn't know much about the area beforehand. So, when choosing a hotel, we consulted a map and based our choices on international chains, convenient transportation, proximity to the sea, and proximity to the old city. We ultimately chose the Hilton. Upon arrival, we discovered it was a prime location, boasting all the amenities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service expected of a high-end hotel. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the two swimming pools offered adjustable water temperatures. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms had both a bathtub and a shower. The elevator buttons were unique, and the elevator shaft was ingeniously designed. Best of all, it overlooked the F1 racetrack!"

"JW Marriott Absheron Baku is a truly impressive place in the heart of Baku! The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Caspian Sea embankment. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The room has everything you need: a mini coffee machine, a tea station, a large minibar. The service is at the highest level. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel has a spa center and a fitness room with a sea view, but we did not have time to use them. Overall, this is a real five-star hotel that meets all international standards. I definitely recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure 😎"

"There was no recognition for my Life Gold elite status. The room itself had broken lock and faulty window that could not be properly close. It took ages for the hotel to make a decision to move me to a proper room. During the room exchange (22:15 night time when i was tired) my jacket fell and luckily it was brought to Lost and Found and i got it the next day after i insisted i lost it during the evening swap. breakfast was good and the service in the breakfast was very good."

"Amazing stay , excellent service from the reception above above excellence ! ,The location is perfect everything is a walk a way ! Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel"

"I had a great stay at The Ritz-Carlton Baku. The service was outstanding, with staff who were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel facilities are top-notch and really live up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. The only downside is the location, which feels a bit off compared to other central options in Baku. That said, if you don’t mind being slightly away from the heart of the city, the overall quality and experience more than make up for it."

"Very nice staffs at reception, met different faces during my stay but all my needs are well taken care of. Great job front desk team! Room is spacious, location is a bit far from tourist attractions, but has supermarket within walking distance, also a shuttle bus can be booked to go to old town. Breakfast is not good as Intercontinental, very little choices so didn't eat there."
