"The hotel, a beautifully restored Ming and Qing Dynasty Huizhou-style complex, offers a tranquil and elegant atmosphere with picturesque views at every turn. The guest rooms have an antique charm, though the bedding is a bit firm and not very comfortable, and the shower in my room was broken. Service was quite average; despite having butler service, it wasn't very attentive. I had made a reservation for the restaurant in advance, only to be told upon arrival that there was no booking. However, the hotel's shuttle service is very convenient. The breakfast quality was excellent, but the food at the hotel's Shenlu Chinese restaurant was mediocre, with many dishes having a strong fishy taste. The hotel offers many activities, including guided tours of the ancient architecture, hiking trails, and intangible cultural heritage workshops. The travel photography service was excellent, producing great photos. The surrounding environment is lovely, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, I'd say it's a hotel with average value for money."

"My stay at the Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao Fuyue Hotel completely exceeded my expectations during this trip to Shaoxing! As soon as I got out of the car, a doorman proactively came to help with my luggage, and the reception staff at the entrance greeted me with a smile. Check-in was completed in less than a minute after entering, super efficient, with no waiting time at all. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise. Facing south, sunlight filled the entire space, and pulling back the curtains revealed an expansive view of the city street. The room decor was very elegant, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the toiletries had a sophisticated scent. The dry and wet areas of the bathroom were very clean, and there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners, showing the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. My stay happened to coincide with the IFSC Climbing World Cup being held in Shaoxing. I saw female athletes from various countries in the hallways and elevators. The hotel maintained excellent order; it didn't become noisy or chaotic despite the large number of event attendees. The public areas were kept clean and tidy, and staff were always on standby, responding to issues very quickly. I plucked up the courage to ask for autographs from the athletes, and the hotel staff even enthusiastically helped coordinate, showing no impatience at all, which allowed me to get many autographs and was an unexpected highlight of my trip! The hotel's breakfast buffet was also incredibly rich and varied, offering everything from local specialties to Western dishes. I ate there for two consecutive days without having the same meal twice; all the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was quite good. During my two-day stay, my room was tidied spotlessly every day, and any missing items were promptly replenished. The service was truly thoughtful. The location is also very convenient, not far from both the competition venue and city attractions, just a few minutes by taxi. Considering both the facilities and environment, as well as the quality of service, Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao Fuyue is definitely my top choice for any future trips to Shaoxing. I will certainly stay here again next time! I also highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shaoxing – the experience is truly top-notch ✨"

"The environment here is lovely, very green and lush. However, this hotel is just too dark at night. Staying in building 8, when we went out for a late-night snack and came back, there were hardly any lights outside, making it very dim. We checked in early that day and the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but the cleaning lady did an exceptionally thorough and clean job, which was really great! It's a shame the air conditioning was just too cold. My friend and I both got sick the next day. We called the front desk to adjust the temperature, but they said it's a central air conditioning system and you can only adjust the fan speed, not the actual temperature. Even setting it to 30 degrees for heating didn't help; it was practically useless."

"The rooms are quite spacious, and they even offer fruit porridge. Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome."

"I've been longing to stay at Shaoxing Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang, especially on a rainy day. Finally, from May 26-28, it rained, and I got my wish to visit Dayu Kaiyuan. That afternoon, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded us from a garden-view villa in phase one to a courtyard villa in phase two. She also thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and suggested sightseeing routes. There was even a shuttle to take us to our room. The hotel was formerly the ancient village of Yuzhou, a classic Jiangnan waterside town with a river running through it, white walls and black tiles, ancient Ming and Qing dynasty mansions, cobblestone alleys, and an old opera stage. The rainy old village perfectly embodied the misty charm of Jiangnan. The food at Yujia Courtyard was delicious, and I definitely want to come back and stay for a few more days."

"Facilities: This hotel is pretty much top-tier in Shaoxing. All things considered, it's only about 200 meters to Lu Xun's former residence, directly accessible via a back alley. It's also super convenient for visiting all the surrounding attractions like the residences of the Premier, Qiu Jin, and the Sage of Calligraphy. Guests get free parking, so you can just dump any souvenirs or Huangjiu (yellow wine) directly in your car. This alone outshines most other local hotels, not to mention its century-old brand, and their self-produced and sold Huangjiu, fava beans, and pastries. Plus, the new building at the front offers a great living experience; despite the hotel's age, the new building has a high-end, new-Chinese style, reminiscent of a five-star hotel. Service: Incredibly thoughtful. Cici, as our butler, proactively added us on WeChat, and her service was impeccable throughout. You can just relax and enjoy your trip; any needs can be directly communicated to the butler. When cleaning the room, they even brought children's slippers and toothbrushes directly to us. Overall, it's especially suitable for children around ten years old coming for an 'educational trip.' After all, Baicaoyuan to Sanwei Study is something kids will learn about sooner or later, so staying at this hotel is perfect for reinforcing those memories."

The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, with staff who were kind and enthusiastic. Check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The warm touches in the details made us feel very comfortable. The dining options were a highlight. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, and the flavors were light and palatable. There were also several choices of simple meals and snacks, all delicious, perfectly meeting our dining needs while traveling. The hotel's overall ambiance was elegant, with expansive views from the windows and pleasant surrounding scenery, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Daily strolls and sightseeing were very enjoyable. However, there's some room for improvement in the room's interior configurations. Some facilities were a bit basic, and the soft furnishings, storage layout, and electrical appliance details could be optimized and refined. Overall, despite these minor room imperfections, this hotel stands out in terms of service, dining, and views. It's highly recommended, and with a few small improvements, the stay experience would be even better."

"Passing through Shaoxing, I booked the Yunhe Yebo Hotel. To my surprise, when I parked, I found the hotel is actually located within Jinghu Park, offering an excellent environment. The room was quiet and clean, and the shower was comfortable. The front desk staff, the shuttle bus driver, and the restaurant staff all had great attitudes. Upon check-in, we received complimentary welcome fruit, and before leaving, they even prepared a gift, which was a delightful surprise. The hotel restaurant's food was very substantial, and breakfast was abundant and nutritious. I tried the handmade wontons and rice noodles—highly recommend them! The stir-fried dishes are also recommended! The value for money far exceeded my expectations."
