"Welcome fruit: Very fresh. Two one-hour tickets for the Narati Scenic Area Flying Horse Team riding experience: Very thoughtful, they even gave an extra ticket when they saw we had a child. Local specialty nut platter: All high-quality local specialty nuts, and you can get refills. The room design is very cozy and quiet. The environment is exceptionally beautiful, right at the foot of the mountain. You can see grasslands and mountains just by opening the curtains. There are cats, a pond with tadpoles, and many koi in the courtyard. The kids loved feeding the cats, and my dad enjoyed feeding the fish. The service is very attentive. They added us on WeChat to remind us to inform them of any service needs, and even gave us tickets to the Narati Grand Theater show. Let me talk about the dining experience. Upon check-in, we received a 288 RMB dining voucher, which was more than enough for a full meal for a family of three. Everyone says not to have high expectations for dining in Narati, but the hotel's food was genuinely excellent. Although the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, you could tell it was prepared with care – clean, hygienic, and not pre-made. The ribs, prawns, and fruit were also of very good quality. The coffee was freshly ground by the staff, just like in a coffee shop, which I loved. Afternoon tea was complimentary, and the kids really enjoyed the desserts. Beyond all of the above, what I found most satisfying was the hotel's incredibly convenient location. It's extremely close to the entrances of the Sky Grassland and River Valley Grassland, making it very easy to get in and out. Plus, the hotel can help purchase self-driving tickets, so you don't have to scramble or worry about not getting them, which was truly wonderful. They say prices in scenic areas during peak season are heavily inflated, but my experience was genuinely great – you get what you pay for. One minor drawback was a slight animal smell when we first entered, but it disappeared later. Given that it's a grassland area, this can be overlooked. The second minor drawback was that the bed in my room was a bit creaky; it made noise when I got up. However, my roommate is a sound sleeper, so it wasn't a big issue. In summary, if I go to Narati again, I would still choose to stay here."

"Cloud Spruce Hidden Residence is hands down the best place to stay in Narat! The butler service was incredibly attentive and warm; they patiently answered all our questions about getting around and things to do. The room facilities were high-end and complete, and the Dyson hairdryer was a fantastic touch. For breakfast, fresh milk paired with freshly baked naan bread offered an authentic Xinjiang flavor. Stepping out, you're greeted by vast grasslands and a superb view. The hotel can even help with self-driving tickets. In the evening, the live band created a wonderful atmosphere. It truly offers a one-stop experience for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. Helping us secure self-driving tickets for the Narat scenic area was a huge bonus! As everyone knows, getting those self-driving tickets for Narat Grassland is a massive win; if you can't get them, you're stuck waiting for shuttle buses, which is a major downgrade."

"The biggest surprise of my trip to Nalati was staying at the Hotel Indigo Nalati! It was absolutely amazing! This is also a letter to the hotel GM and management (please read to the end!): The hotel's ambiance is directly captivating, perfectly blending Kazakh folk customs with modern minimalist design. The lobby features an incredibly high ceiling with a panoramic dome skylight, allowing natural light to pour in. Local cultural decorations, such as ethnic embroidery and unique floral wooden boxes, are visible everywhere, exuding exquisite taste and quality. The hotel directly faces the grasslands and snow-capped mountains, offering a 270° panoramic view that is expansive and therapeutic. Waking up to see clouds swirling around the mountains in the morning and enjoying the sunset glow in the evening, every casual photo you take is wallpaper-worthy. It's an immersive experience of Nalati's magnificent scenery, both serene and comfortable. The hotel has its own horse ranch, and my husband and I experienced life on horseback. The equestrian guide taught us how to 'push waves' and took us to the riverside, which was incredibly pleasant – an experience I hadn't had riding horses in five other places in Xinjiang! The hardware facilities are high-end, comprehensive, and full of thoughtful details, ensuring an extremely comfortable stay. The guest rooms are equipped with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and viewing balconies, allowing you to admire the beautiful grassland and snowy mountain scenery right from your bed. The soft furnishings in the room are of outstanding quality, with a King Koil mattress that is soft and skin-friendly, paired with high-quality bedding for an excellent sleep experience. Thoughtful amenities include underfloor heating, an oxygen concentrator, and a Nespresso coffee machine, perfectly suited for high-altitude travel needs and dispelling travel fatigue. The infinity pool in the public area has clean water, and you can overlook the snow-capped mountains and grasslands while swimming, offering a unique experience. All various supporting facilities are well-maintained, clean, tidy, and in perfect working order. What's most heartwarming is the hotel's service, which was attentive, meticulous, professional, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Before check-in, staff member Ella proactively contacted us via WeChat to address our needs. Check-in was efficient and quick, and the concierge staff actively helped us with our luggage, with a warm and friendly attitude. After learning that we got caught in the rain, they even arranged ginger tea for us. During our stay, their response speed was incredibly fast; any request was resolved promptly and patiently, with meticulous service and no perfunctory feeling. The restaurant's dishes were exquisite and varied, catering to both local flavors and popular tastes, with attentive and appropriate service. (Ella is really beautiful! 😍) The concierge guys are also tall and handsome [smiley face]. Most notably, Executive Chef Ren turns food into art!! This is the best food I've eaten in 10 days in Xinjiang! It's sooooo delicious!!!! The glamping afternoon tea had a wide variety of options, and the freshly grilled BBQ was incredibly pleasant, instantly helping us relax from high pressure. The dishes chosen by our head chef for the private in-room dining were also impeccable! The salmon was OMG good!!! Even better than what I've had in Shanghai!! The grilled lamb chops were also delicious!! Everything was delicious anyway!! Just look at the pictures!! The bonfire party in the evening was really lively. Local beautiful girls and guests danced around the bonfire, and the atmosphere was truly amazing! Even I, who am usually shy, felt relaxed enough to dance in that atmosphere! The buffet price is very reasonable! And there's a wide variety! No one can resist listening to music and eating hotpot in the mountains!! Plus the seafood salad with sauce! 🦞 Hotel Indigo Nalati!! You are amazing!! Truly amazing!! Absolutely incredible! It's clear that the management is really working hard to make the hotel great!! And to train their staff!! "The hotel is located right inside the Nalati Scenic Area, nestled at the foot of the mountains within the Nianhua Bay Town. The town itself is very unique, designed to mimic Central Asian earth houses. There are a few restaurants, and all accommodations are small villas, each with its own courtyard. The hygiene is excellent, it's incredibly quiet, and there are no mosquitoes. Everything here meets five-star hotel standards, and the breakfast was also satisfying. The most important thing is that by staying at this hotel, you don't have to scramble to get a self-driving permit for the scenic area. They also have a bonfire party in the evening."

The cleanliness standards are through the roof – the floors and bathroom gleam, with absolutely no dampness or strange odors. "This is a truly reassuring hotel to stay in. The lobby is grand, and the reception staff are well-trained, making you feel right at home. Walking into the room was a pleasant surprise; it's spacious and bright, with plush bedding and smart amenities that instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The in-room fitness equipment and washing machine are top-notch. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, blending Western, Chinese, and local specialties, along with fresh fruits and beverages – a perfect energy boost. There's a food street and supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient for tourists. This excellent hotel is truly commendable and highly recommended."

"There are many B&Bs near the Narati scenic area, and this one is ranked first, so it naturally has its unique qualities. The hotel's design and rooms are exceptional, with a distinctive style. The rooms also have an exotic feel. My favorite feature was the large bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, a soak completely melted away my fatigue. The hotel uses Acqua di Parma toiletries and provided complimentary fruits, snacks, and soft drinks. In the evening, there was a bonfire party with free-flowing beer, lamb skewers, singing, dancing, and even fireworks. I highly recommend this hotel. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift of nuts."

"I highly recommend Narat Naye Mountain River, a hidden gem of a guesthouse! The location is superb, the surrounding environment is first-class, and you can see the grassland directly from your bed. It's incredibly close to the scenic area, making it super convenient for getting around. We drove here ourselves and were really anxious because we couldn't get our own tickets for the scenic area. We tried contacting the guesthouse front desk, and to our surprise, the owner was incredibly helpful and reliable. He proactively helped us coordinate to get tickets, and the next day the front desk informed us that the tickets were secured. We were so grateful to the owner! Because of his help in getting our tickets, our entire itinerary was able to proceed smoothly the following day. What was especially surprising was the guesthouse's butler service—warm, attentive, and meticulous. We arrived at 3 AM, and even though it was late, we weren't neglected at all. They patiently greeted us and helped us check in; the service was incredibly heartwarming. On the second night of our stay, the guesthouse also organized a bonfire party, ethnic dance performances, and fireworks displays, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The overall stay was perfect, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I'm already highly recommending this place, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Nalati. I also highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Nalati!"

"I had a very satisfying experience. Everyone says Narati is a popular and well-developed scenic area, but I believe if you can drive yourself, you absolutely should. If you plan to stay one night, definitely enter the scenic area and check into your hotel after peak hours, which is exactly what we did. This hotel is excellent! Even before we arrived, the front desk proactively contacted us and assigned us a butler. They even had a dedicated butler to introduce us to the routes. Upon arrival, a very friendly and handsome Uyghur young man, Xiao Mi, helped us with our luggage – his service was excellent and very personable, a major thumbs up! He also recommended a new route that just opened on June 20th. Breakfast the next morning was also great, and everyone provided excellent service. The manager, Nan, who stands at the entrance of the dining hall, was also very responsible, helping children with their toasted bread. The scenery was beautiful and we perfectly avoided the crowds by going out early. My experience at Narati was fantastic, and I hope to come again! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!"

"This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service."
