"The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled.
The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness.
Concierge service was good.
All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations.
This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests!
I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this.
While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience."
