Good service, good location

Rood condition was very clean

Location is good, within 15 minutes travelles by bus to main station. Can see lakes from hotel, however, the view is partially blocked by trees. Room is beautiful and clean. However, no fridge is available. Lack of Amenities. Front Desk service is very good. Overall a 3/5 for me.

The hotel is easy to find but a little bit far away from the railway station.

位置很好，就是自駕有行李不太方便。酒店沒有停車場，要去前台辦理入住，拿停車憑證，我還弄錯了，去了賭場停車場，後來馬上開出來，也付了4歐。心痛。其他都好。酒店餐廳不錯，風景優美。

The hotel is in a great location, directly facing the lake and mountain views. But there are also many shortcomings: 1) The room is small, and it is a bit difficult to move with two large pieces of luggage; 2) The breakfast is average, and there is not much to choose from. 3) Luggage handling is a problem, because you can't park at the door of the hotel, and the parking garage is across the road, so you have to drag your luggage yourself. There are two steps from the road to the hotel lobby, and there is no elevator. Of course, the beautiful waitress is very enthusiastic and will help with the luggage. The service attitude of the waiter is very good.

I love this hotel so much. The scenery nearby is great. If I have enough time, I will definitely stay here for a few more days to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The store also gave me delicious chocolates, which is great! You can see the lake and the mountains from the hotel, which is absolutely amazing. Picture 1 is the view from our window. We don't have a lake view room, but we are on the side, which is also pretty good. I will definitely stay in a lake view room next time I go there, it must be great!

The hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel with antique decoration and a small elevator. The view of Lake Lucerne is just outside the room window. The breakfast is good. Parking is not very convenient. You cannot park at the door of the hotel. There is a social parking lot opposite that charges a fee (temporary parking is free). There are two hotel-specific parking spaces, but they are often not available. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After checking in, the front desk will inform you of the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, and you can park for free.

Good location and nice environment

位置很不錯，湖邊正對湖景，去火車站步行15-20分鐘，沿途風景很好，員工態度很好有禮貌熱情，房間乾淨，不過稍微有點細

交通便利、房間蠻大的，開水壺、咖啡機在走廊裏。需要跨入浴缸去淋浴。窗外風景很好，玻璃窗很隔音、聽不到路上汽車聲音（房與房之間的隔音不太好，可以聽到隔壁説話、淋浴聲音；當然，與隔壁住的客人素質也有關係）。早餐很簡單，奶酪好吃！

整體很滿意，工作人員服務很到位，房間住的很舒適，這家酒店的老式電梯很有電影感。我覺得我下次去盧塞恩還會訂這家酒店。😍

位置離盧塞恩火車站4站路，6號和8號線可達，這裏一站路就100-200米，其實很近，周邊沒有商店，有點靜謐的感覺，我們剛剛從蘇黎世的喧囂過來，挺滿意這個位置的。 面對着盧塞恩湖和一大片草坪，天氣好的時候，當地人鋪個毯子就在草地上各種日光浴，熱了就跳進盧塞恩湖游泳，真鬆弛。邊上還有不小的playground，每天孩子回來都要在這裏放好一會電。 從房間窗户望出去，可以看到美麗的景色。床也很舒服，走廊裏有自助的水，咖啡，茶和蘋果。彌補了房間沒有熱水壺的遺憾，ps房間內也沒有小冰箱，不用買吃的回來了。 唯一一點不好，是老房子改造的，房間裏的浴室是那種吉博力的整體浴室，地方小，還有點漏水風險，洗澡需要關緊門，拉好浴簾，墊好地巾。 早餐19法郎一個人，餐廳風景很好，食物種類一般。 服務態度很好，熱心，我擔心天氣，他們還幫我查web cam建議我去山上試試。 有移動製冷的空調，擔心天氣熱的朋友可以放心。

這個酒店距離火車站非常近，就在老城區旁邊，位置還行，就是早餐非常差勁，沒什麼吃的，沒必要訂早餐，酒店設施比較老感覺。不推薦。
