第一天來房間有設施是壞的 要求換掉 服務員態度強硬並告訴我們沒有房間，還要交打掃費才可以換，我們同意了，結果換了一間根本沒人清掃的，房間都沒怎麼打掃，當時半夜我們沒有選擇再找，很寒心避雷吧

設施很差，到處都是爛的，都沒有補一下。
一個水龍頭的水直接灑到房間去了，也不知道咋想的。
一個電視衹能看很古老的不收費，其他的都要收錢。
頁面有免費停車，結果滿了 還得自己找地方停，一個説可以報銷停車費 第二天換一個人很不客氣的説不報銷。請你把免費停車這個給取消了，別誤導別人，好吧！停車這個事 為啥子説法前後不一？這個有待提高服務水準。

房間一般，但是前台服務太差太差，因朋友約來瀘州玩2天又不好換酒店，房間牆上有毛毛蟲生了一堆小毛毛蟲，第二天我要求前台幫換一間，可前台像欠她錢一樣説不行，我説牆上有毛毛蟲也不行要不加錢！最後還是打掃衞生的去看後才換了房間。本不想給差評想想就生氣，希望老闆好好整頓一下吧！

這個酒店是我有史以來住的酒店中體驗最差的酒店，第一:網上訂的酒店打車過去到前台被告知訂的房間沒有了一句話你可以退訂，或者加錢換房間，都大老遠跑來了 又那麼晚就忍受了加錢換房間，第二:住的房間空調有問題酒店反饋給酒店管理人員他説換房間要扣清潔費理由是人座在床上了，我説可以把我做的床單換到另外一張床上，溝通一小時無果人家不同意非要扣清潔費。問他們要酒店店長的電話人家不給説下班了，一副愛住不住的樣子，這不是黑店嗎？真給瀘州這個城市抹黑，是商家原因提供的服務不到位還要扣消費者的錢。，第3酒店的設施陳舊馬桶蓋都發黃。住的房間窗户又對着走廊，噪音大。

路上行程，參觀瀘州老窖風景區後，也不早了，同時發現這麼巧，收藏的酒店就在附近，沒有猶豫直接導航就到了，在門口看見外面車多人多還有點擔心，酒店前台非常熱心，和她聊聊擔心的問題，小美女看我們年紀大了給我們升級了房間，外環境不怎麼，酒店房間乾淨衞生整潔，服務員都非常熱心，有賓至如歸的感覺，住下後發現酒店位置非常好，就在瀘州東門口，周圍吃喝遊玩因有盡有，下次有機會再來，還住這裏。停車場在酒店外圍不遠的地方。

我這人 不挑剔 衹要打掃了的 不是很臟就行 時間太趕沒來得及拍照 本來還想着出去逛逛 結果下雨了 周圍挺繁華的 小吃 購物很方便 就在樓下往上走一百多米的樣子 因為衹是路過住一晚比較趕
