Perfect location and very nice room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed could be just a bit more comfortable but, all considered, a great place for the price.

the property was very central to everything within 5 minutes of the square and opera house,
The close were the hotel was. was a little dark the lights were not working till you got to the front door

We have spent 1 niight in Lviv Central Jam Hotel. Breakfast was ok, room was clean and big. There were shampoo's, towels, soap in the toilet. There was extra bad for our 5 years old daughter . Receptionist was nice and she has called a taxi for us to the airport (around 170 hryvna) Hotel is situated very close to the city center and Rynok Square. The only thing which which I didn't like - no lift. After check in you have to go with all your luggage's to the 4th floor. We are traveling with young children so it would be nice to go by lift. But we managed, It was only a problem with all your stuff after check in or before the check out. During normal stay it's not a problem.

It is a clean, affordable, centrally located hotel with simple breakfast and cheap but modern furniture. There is also airconditioning in the room. Staff is very helpful. It can assit you with ordering taxi from the airport. However, if you are a light sleeper avoid rooms at 7th floor (701-703) at all cost. There is an elevator mechanism which makes a lot of noise everytime the elevator is requested at any floor. Walls are very thin and if you have loud neighbours you will have problem sleeping too. Hotel was not enforcing any covid requirements so most of the guests were just roaming around the common areas and elevator without masks.
