One of the worst hotels in Lviv. The front desk tried charging me for my stay that was already prepaid. The room had no Wi-Fi, heat and was very small and bathroom had a horrible odor. There were no toiletries provided. My main concern was WiFi, they mentioned it always worked but it never worked during my stay. I would not stay here again, this hotel felt like it was run in the USSR.

My wife and my children stayed for one night, she told me that after 9 years always good. Room in ok, good breakfast with buffet (rarity in Ukraine). Excellent value for money, both for the hotel and for restaurant.

ok room lovely rooftop terrace, staff rude but not a language difference… breakfast area beautiful but not a breakfast to match it….a few simple things would change it….

A few days ago, my family and I visited this hotel. When we arrived, the staff met us and escorted us to our room which we had booked earlier. When we came to our room we saw that it was not cleaned. There were no towels or detergents in the bathroom. The bed on the bed was not changed after the visitors who were in front of us. I am not very happy with this hotel.

В отеле не был, был в ресторане. Официанты на протяжении 20 минут не подходили, многочисленные нажатия кнопки вызова слышали и показательно игнорировали. Искренне жаль владельца ресторана, который вложил много труда и денег в дизайн террасы, все очень красиво, но профнепригодный персонал ставит на всем крест и портит его бизнес.

Номера современные, чистые и комфортные. Лифт, прекрасный завтрак, отзывчивый и услужливый персонал. Расположение очень удобное, до центра 5 минут пешком. Парковка с охраной. Тихая улица, напротив очень красивый собор

Хороший хотель, особенно нравится, что завтраки предлагают в виде шведского стола в ресторане на 8-ом этаже с прекрасним видом на центр города! Часть нашей групы пришлось рано выезжать, они получили вместо завтрака лунчбокс с очень вкусным содержанием! Были довольны!
