The best hotel ever. We stayed here on the day of our marriage anniversary. And hotel greeted us with a plate of fruit and a carafe of juice Thanks a lot to hotel management You are brilliant 🤗 We were visiting spa and are fully satisfied with the area and services

Very nice, cozy hotel, friendly welcome! Breakfast is delicious. Very central location close to the most part of sightseeing. Room is comfortable, impeccable clean and quiet. I can only recommend! Next time I will try Spa :)

A really beautiful hotel in Lviv located on a main square and walkable to restaurants. The breakfast buffet is first class and the rooms are spotless.

I stayed at Grand hotel for just one night at the end of April. Check in process was disappointing, no information about the amenities, breakfast, Wifi, spa, or other services. Just a remind to promptly pay the tourist tax. Then, I asked to check out 2 hours later, at 14pm, and they said I need to pay half of the rate of the room. Hospitality at its best. 80$ for just two hours. Breakfast could be better for a 5 star hotel, they did not have no apples or bananas even. The waiter also did not bother to come to offer coffee or juice for the entire breakfast. Wifi does not work steady on the 7th floor. Overall, overpriced hotel with average customer service. Avoid.

I booked Grand Hotel for just one night at the end of April. Checkin process was subpar, no information about amenities/breakfast or wi-fi was provided. Just a reminder to pay tourist tax upfront. Then I asked if I could check out 2 hours later, not at 12pm, but at 14pm. I was told I need to pay half of the rate of the room for just two hours, which is like 80$. Ridiculous. The room is quite small, okay for one person, small for two. Wi-fi on the 7th floor barely working. Better to avoid this hotel, overpriced, and customer service is definitely lacking.

five star hotel that kept the charme of the austrian hungarian times. great location in the city center, walking distance for shopping and sightseeing. very friendly and highly professional personell, one of the best bar i´ve experienced. i wll definetely come back.

We were in SPA, water in the pool was not warm( it was like room temperature), jacuzzi wasn’t working. Room at the 5 star absolutely is not 5 star. Maybe it deserves a light four with minus. All other benefits I can’t evaluate because we didn’t use it.

Lovely rooms with quality bedding as well as very pleasant and helpful staff. The bathroom has a shaving mirror which is always a bonus (but rarely present) as well as a heated floor and a large shower cubicle. The only negative points are no milk to go with the room's tea facilities and service in the bar and breakfast room can be a little slow. It is however a great place to stay if time is not of the essence and is centrally located in a beautiful city.

Exceptional hotel with an impeccable service. The rooms are well equipped, the staff are always there ready to help you. An outstanding downtown location of the hotel is another benefit. Would totally recommend.
