Delawarr Cottage is a charming 2 bedroom cottage situated in the beautiful Georgian market town of Lymington. The cottage has everything you need for a peaceful break away from it all and is suitable for families, couples and friends. Delawarr Cottage is on a quiet country road but within walking distance of the town, Quay, marinas and many fabulous pubs and restaurants. The location is ideally suited if you enjoy walking and cycling as it’s very close the Lymington sea wall and Nature reserve. THE SPACE: Delawarr cottage is detached and situated in the grounds of De La Warr House, the owners Grade II listed home which dates back to 1700's. The cottage has open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen. The living area has patio doors leading out to the garden patio area. The dining table seats 4. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including an induction hob and washing machine. Also situated on the ground floor is the cosy double bedroom. Upstairs you will find twin bedded room and bathroom. Bathroom is wet room style with wc, basin and open shower. The garden has a patio and lawn for you to relax and enjoy on warmer days. There’s is parking for 2 cars. SAFETY INFORMATION: Please be aware, there is a deep pool within the grounds of the main house. There is post and rail fencing around the cottage. It is a private pool for the owners of the main house personal use only, and not for use by guests. Beautiful location with lots of things to do and see nearby. Cottage was exceptionally clean and well equipped. We had a lovely week and were very lucky with the weather. Would highly recommend staying here.

Just what we needed. Lovely cosy cottage. Had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. In walking distance to Lymington town, with plenty of eating places, shops and pubs. The quayside is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by, near the waters edge. A nice place to relax and unwind, or be as active as you like. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing weekend8 This cottage is a nice and pleasant place to stay. Easy to drive round and get to other places. Communication was no bother and all rather pleasing.
