Town House Motel

Roaches in the unit. Not just in the first night. I took a video of it. Being it was super last minute I just couldn’t handle finding another space. Super loud; happen to share walls some of the local ************ of Long Beach blvd. Bed ******, bedding was obviously well-over used, and the network television only came in with channels 2-13.

The place was filthy, my boyfriend and I found 3 roaches, the floor was dirty, and the restroom smelled horrible. Will never be back.

Old facility that needs sprucing up. Walls were dinged up, including a gaping hole in the bathroom where the doorknob made contact with the wall. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. Shower curtain was very thin. It couldn't contain the water in the tub. Every time the shower was used, the bathroom floor would be wet afterwards. I found a bedbug after my first night there.

There is graffiti in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower, a towel rack falling off the wall and a broken table. I found two bed bugs in my bed and reported its management but they did nothing about it.

There is graffiti in the bathroom, cold water in the shower bed bugs in the bed and the room was not clean and had broken table. I reported these issues management and they refused to change my room.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean!

Look elsewhere unless you want to wait around for a room to available and then once you receive it, it be dirty. It was so bad I couldn’t even spend the night in there. Hotel owner or ******* did not want to refund this stay either.

Maybe wait until they finish renovations. There was random damage to several of the walls, the bed was not only uncomfortable, but creaked and moaned randomly. The floor was filthy, there was water damage on most of the walls. There was no water pressure on the shower. They said they were renovating the building, so maybe it will get better soon.
