Super hôtel, le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute de toute demande. De plus, l’emplacement est idéal puisqu’il y a les transports à côté.

Great location close to transport and some main streets and squares. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms not the biggest but well equipped, a great choice for a short value stay.

The location is awesome, the front desk is friendly and helpful. I did not try the food. The rooms are compact and practical. The property is well maintained. its like a friendly neighborhood hotel.

I have just spent 2 nights in this hotel and my experience has been absolutely great! From the time we arrived (early in the morning and we were allowed to leave our luggage there) till the check out, we have always been welcomed with a smile from Tania. She does a great job and lets you understand that she works hard to make her guests'stay so pleasant. She is so friendly, passionate, smiling and helpful. A big thank you goes to her! People can say the hotel is not so big but I personally do not think it is a problem. The room has got enough space if you don't have big luggages. There is the kettle too. The bathroom is spacious enough for one person, clean and the towels were clean too and they were changed every day. We did not have breakfast included but after the first day when we realized that everywhere you go you pay the amount of 4,50 euro just for a cappuccino (I am Italian and this is very unreasonable for me) we decided to give it a try and add breakfast at the hotel for a very convenient price. No choice could be better. Breakfast room is small, that's true, but this has never been a problem. There's a variety of food, sweet and savoury, also fruit, juices, all the basic things one could ask for. The coffee and cappuccino are made from a machine but it's not bad compared to others I've tasted so far. Last but not least the position of the hotel... fabulous! So close to Perrache train and bus station, main places in walking distance and all the area is nice and full of shops/boulangeries/bars/supermarkets. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Lyon. You will surely enjoy your stay!

Friendly, comfortable hotel near railway station, very central for most Lyon attractions. Good value for money. Nice touch is kettles in rooms. Bathroom a bit pokey [ especially tiny washbasin]. I would have liked proper water glasses instead of paper cups.

Many thanks for great hospitality, strongly suggested that place for having nice memories in Lyon. Like home comfort and clean . Very friendly staffs. Closed to almost everywhere even by walk. İ will prefer to stay here next time too.

This hotel is in a very good position within walking distance of many beautiful places. It is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff who were the most helpful and very friendly, like all the Lyonnais that we met.

Good hotel for a short stay - all we needed really. Clean, comfortable, small room with a really big bed. Good shower. Great location. Good price. There is a small fridge where you can store drinks etc but it is not very powerful. The mornings are disturbed due to banging doors inside the corridor but it is not horrendous, especially if you plan to get up early anyway. We did not eat breakfast there because there is so much choice nearby. Overall we would be happy to return there for a few days.

The hotel was in a great location - very close to the railway station and a comfortable walk to both the town centre and the old city. The staff were very friendly (especially Celine) and helpful. The hotel offered great value for money.

We stayed at 1-5 May for tourism with my friend. It is close to train station and city center and tram station. It has soso breakfast but clean and comfort rooms. kind and warm and helpful personal. They warned us about 1st May protests🙈 Thank them for everything❤️

Very tiny room. Ac didn’t seem to work. Staff was friendly. We only stayed one night I’m sure if we stayed longer, we would have embraced it more so. Look up live jazz a taxi or Uber ride away. That was amazing!! Be sure if getting a taxi to the hotel to confirm address. He dropped us quite far from the actual hotel and had to drag full luggage around to get there. Have google translate handy if you do not speak French well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A clean room, comfortable bed, reasonably big by European standards. It was quiet, but close to the Perrache station and shopping/dining options. The front desk staff gave very good service and the breakfast was good with staff present. However the dining room was very small so you have to book a time for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Good location. The room is very small and the shower has a very slippery floor and no grab bars. My 75 yr. old husband slipped in the shower and almost fell. Also, no place to hang towels.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helped us with our bags, an ideal place to lay your head and a good location for exploring the city centre. Would recommend short stays here. room was on ground floor and still pretty quiet for a good night sleep.
