Spacious apartment in a great location for Lyon Dieu railway station. The staff were very helpful and the facilities modern.

The hotel is very handy if one has to go to Lyon Part Dieu. The locatin is very quite during the night, sleeping is no problem at all. However with only one person staff availbale check-in, check-out and every little question took very long. Futhermote chek-in time at 5 pm is very late. For 4 stars the rooms are not very large. The breakfast products were industrial products from the food wholesale trade, e. g. no bread from a real bakery, cheese in plastic packages.

No duvet, just a sheet. Locked kitchen, no phone. Could hear every noise and flush of every apartment next door, above and below. Good location but poor stay.

The apartment was a good size but AC not good so it was hot even though we went to reception the building is centrally controlled temperature wise so nothing could be done . Area not good for eating but quite close to Lyon Part Dieu station.

We stayed two nights here during a tour of France. I give it one star for being near the railway station and a Westfield Mall and one star for the size of the rooms. In terms of location - this is not a nice part of town and a decent walk into the old town. Some of the things that I did not like about this hotel: 1. The pillows were lumpy - the contents were cubes of foam loosely packed into a case. 2. The bed was hard. 3. Not sure if there was air-conditioning - there was one tiny vent near the TV but no instructions on how to use it. 4. The toilet was separate from the shower and vanity - the shower leaked a flood of water anytime anyone used it - there was nowhere to put the soap and no dispensers like many other hotels we have stayed in. 5. There was a kettle, two cups and two teabags - other people in our group had a kitchenette in use in their rooms behind two cupboards which included a sink, fridge and cooking facilities. We had the cupboards but they were locked. My first enquiry with the 'concierge' was that opening the cupboards and being able to use the kitchenette in our room would cost 10 euro per night. When I said we would pay that, I was then told the key had been lost and they could not open the cupboard anyway. On day 2, I made another enquiry with a different person at reception and was advised none of our group should have had the cupboards open and none should have had the kitchenette and I was again told the key had been lost and the cupboards could not be open. 6. Breakfast was very simple basically continental with boiled eggs or scrambled if you got in early enough. 7. The concierge on day 2 told me that we had to clean our own room and take out our own garbage. Not my idea of a holiday / vacation stay.
