Hôtel Maison Lacassagne Lyon

Regarding the service, there isn't a full restaurant, just a snack bar, but the person who took my order and served me was very friendly and smiley. I had a homemade croque monsieur, which was very good and generously served with a salad. The room was comfortable and very neat, and I appreciated having the toilet separate from the bathroom.

Four-star hotel with structural problems. Upon arrival, too many people were expected in our rooms. Initially, this wasn't a problem, but unfortunately, it hadn't changed even upon departure: we were charged a whopping €50 too much in tourist tax. Our room had a ceiling height of only 2.1 meters. Breakfast was completely inadequate. By 9 a.m., the buffet was constantly empty, and almost nothing was replenished. The coffee machine was full of grounds, the tables weren't cleared, and new place settings were set at some tables, but not at ours. This privately owned hotel is friendly but seems completely overwhelmed.

I had a very good night's sleep at this hotel. It's very well located in relation to the hospital (10-minute walk). Easy access. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. The welcome was warm. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent.

Very comfortable boutique hotel with free parking! Ideal for visiting Lyon and its surrounding areas. The rooms are very pretty and the staff is welcoming and friendly!

Good. Clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It's a bit far from the subway station, but 4 minutes from the bus station. But overall it's acceptable, slippers and mineral water are provided

I stopped by and stayed for one night before heading to Paris. The staff were friendly, and street parking was available nearby. There is a 24-hour laundry service within a 15-minute drive, so I was able to take care of my laundry while traveling.
