Just live there, not bad

Poorly soundproofed establishment.

酒店真的很一般，床單像未換過，給中國內地人的房間總在一樓，窗口向著外面，好嘈雜，半夜四點還有人在突然講話，整夜沒停過。白天也有人在你的窗前講話，唯一可以點評的就是早餐，比較好，品種多。

I would NEVER recommend for anyone to stay here. The neighbour hood is dirty and makes you feel unsafe. The hotel is hot, mouldy and damaged. The light shades and vents haven’t been cleared and the furniture is damaged with paint peeling off the walls. None of the breakfast was fresh and the eggs are microwaved in a plastic container. Very low quality hotel. I’m frustrated I have to even given them 1 star because the website won’t let me give them 0 stars.

The hotel is within ~10-15 min walking distance of Part Dieu station, very close to Les Halles food market, Monoprix supermarket, and Westfield shopping centre. The studio apartment is well appointed & quite spacious with a decent bathroom but does have an old feel about it. There is NO air conditioning just a desk fan! So take note for mid-summer. I was initially given a room on the ground floor & needed the window open as the heat was stifling…however someone can just hop through the window so it is rather unsafe. Luckily I was moved to a higher floor where I could leave the window safely open. Free tea and coffee 24/7 is nice.

This Hotel is close to the Part Dieu train station and the food market where you go to eat seafood platters, and buy wonderful foodstuffs, and there is Monoptix just across the road for more basic necessities. It is well situated for transport, this comfortable apart hotel, well run and clean, the kitchenette has all you need to make a meal and an efficient microwave, the reception are very pleasant and helpfull

+ It’s not that far from the center by tram or metro and the main railway station (but I didn’t feel completely safe in this residential area). The bed is big and everything is ok in the room, you have all you need from iron to cattle. It’s more or less clean. You can use a coffee machine for free. The staff was nice and friendly. - Very bad isolation, you can hear everything from the inside and outside (I’m very sensitive when it comes to noise). So I don’t recommend this place for those who struggles to fall asleep or who needs calm atmosphere. There’s no air conditioning in the building (the thing I didn’t take into account when booking my stay in Lyon). The rooms are not even aired so it feels like sauna inside. And the streets around are quite noisy from the traffic so I couldn’t open a window for whole night (but there’s a noisy ventilator that might help). Also the furniture was a bit damaged, the curtains were greasy(looked like someone ate a whole fried chicken and used the curtains to clean his hands). The wallpaper was greasy in some places as well. All in all, it’s a practical place to stay if you’d like to cook your meal or to iron your clothes, there’s enough place not to feel tight. We didn’t cook anything since we traveled to a new city every day. Otherwise I’d recommend just to take a hotel not far from the center. The breakfast costs 10€ but there’s no big choice, so I’d recommend just to take you croissants on the corner of the building and to take a free coffee in the hotel. Or there is also a nice market (Les Halles) with bakeries and fish restaurants just across the road where you can find local products of good quality.

I arrived at the hotel in which they informed that there was no air conditioning (temperature outside close to 30 degrees and increasing over my stay to 37). Then, we arrived to the room with a smell of fried fish everywhere. The room seemed dirty and really low quality. We decided to leave for these reasons. The hotel still charged the first night. We were not happy at all with the quality of the room, amenities and service.

Business trip in Lyon, I stayed there for a week. Convenient location. Clean place, large room. Quiet place as well. I enjoyed my stay and will probably go back there for my next trip. Friendly staff at the reception.

Reservation of a hotel apartment via my company's CE for a family weekend. On arrival there is a so-called problem in an apartment so we end up with two adjoining rooms (problem solved, you might say...) Housekeeping done "quickly", broken shower head, broken bedside lamp, suction hood clogged as not possible etc ... We take breakfast extra because not planned with my CE. There are no more places to go down!! Not to mention the attendance 🤦 obviously the state would have requisitioned a few rooms to house migrants. Nothing embarrassing in itself but why not privatize the hotel that would avoid us finding ourselves there in the middle with family! In short, my next trip to Lyon will not be in the city of Lyon, damn it.

Beautiful location! Quiet place and close to everything! Nice room with good bedding but shower a little small. We didn't stay for breakfast! Kind and professional staff. I highly recommend. We will come back !

Very quiet night zero noise bedding ok cleanliness ok impeccable 2 downsides the sofa is convertible but into two small beds of 90 better to take two studios than an apartment for 4 and no small gifts while work on the hotel in Toulouse we had the free breakfast

Advantages: Satisfactory value for money, good bedding. Night access assured. Easy paid outdoor parking, reasonable prices, the hotel has parking Small downside, a smell of soup in the corridor, fortunately not present in the room.

L’emplacement est vraiment le plus de cet hôtel. Attention toutes les chambres ne sont pas climatisées et pas assez de ventilateur pour toutes. Le petit déjeuner manque de variétés et de choix. Même si vous restez une semaine, la chambre ne sera pas faite, ni le lit, ni changement de serviette. Quelques peu déçue par rapport à d’autres établissements que j’ai pu faire à proximité. Le point absence de climatisation dans les chambres m’ont fait changer d’hôtel pour les semaines suivantes.
