The room is large, the facilities are very new, and the breakfast is good. 我不知道艾客酒店是否能代表馬鞍山市文明形象！東湖瑞景店極差！極差！洗髮露沐浴露一股洗衣粉味！晚上沒熱水！六七點一羣小屁孩在過道打擾半小時沒有客服來勸阻！硬件差，服務差！而且前台經理和店長拒絕任何形式的溝通，所有問題反饋全部推給前台！我不知道這樣的酒店服務人員還有什麼臉面繼續工作！難道這就是馬鞍山對外打開旅遊通道的前台門面？難道這就是馬鞍山市人民形象？
