Room is spacious, they serve good food, very nice hotel, very high end, perfect for tourist and business travellers. It is a little expensive though. What I love about this hotel is the gym. It is good. Staff are very nice also.

Very accommodating staff , good food , great location

The location of the hotel is good but the food here is bad, even the breakfast had poor selection and the only warm meal ordered -tocino, was even burnt and had to request twice, but still ended up burnt :( The pillows in the hotel are the worst, it was stuffed to full that I ended up with a stiff neck for the 2night stay, and the other members of the family that didn't end up with the stiff neck opted not to use the pillows in the hotel.

I'm a bit disappointed with the hotel as we celebrated our new year. The lightings in the balcony were all busted and the front office team and engineering team cannot do anything as there's no available replacement lightings or bulbs during the night. In addition, the restaurant cafe midori told us to wait for an hour for the food to be serve, but we waited for 2 hours to get our orders. And upon check out, it caused another delay due to the miscommunication between the front office team and cafe midori regarding the 1000 food voucher. The attached photo was taken from our balcony.

It was a great experience, the vicinity is beautiful, the room is clean and more importantly spacious.

Friendly and accmmodating staff, good food and place

The room is clean and very spacious. The layout of the room is also very ideal for those travelling for work or plan to do work while staying at the hotel. Facilities are great. Food is great! Have stayed in most of the hotels in the area, this is so far the best for me.

It was a nice place but the service needs to improve also the bed size is so mall so if youre 6 footer this hotel may not be the best for you plus theyre not generous on giving complimentary toiletries. They only give good for 1 person but they are well aware that we are 3 in the room.

Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their casino, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

The bedroom is modern. The housekeepers should check small repairs in the shower.
