Andaz Macau

Our stay at Andaz was an excellent experience! From the moment we checked in until checkout, every staff member was incredibly warm and professional. A special thanks to Amelia, Emily, and Yolanda Chen at the front desk for their meticulous and thoughtful service, which made us feel truly welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really liked the overall atmosphere. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and recommend it to our friends. Five-star rating! 👍

First time here, and the front desk upgraded my room! The hotel is very new, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with full amenities and a simple yet luxurious design. The lighting was great, totally fine for a solo traveler. I had a busy morning checking out for work and forgot to grab the complimentary gift, haha. When I came back in the afternoon to ask about it, the staff were incredibly nice and still prepared it for me. Thank you, Amelia, Mia, and Katie! You're amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Macau!

The biggest surprise this time was from Andaz, especially their turndown service. They neatly arranged all my skincare products, even tidied up the wires, and provided eye cream. They also served drinks with ice cubes – everything was perfectly arranged. Although there was a minor incident during breakfast involving a mainland tourist, they resolved it with great sincerity and even arranged a car to take me to the Conrad. The only downside is that getting to Grand Resort Deck is quite inconvenient, especially when you're wearing a wet swimsuit.

The free mini-bar (including alcoholic beverages) was a really nice touch. It's not that I absolutely needed to use it, but it saved a lot of time not having to go downstairs to buy drinks myself. The room was also very clean and tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I come for a concert.
