They're service was good enough for us. We had a great stay at their hostel.

I love how spacious, clean and fresh our room was. It has a free towel, slippers, and the bedsheets are thick and clean.

The room size was okay for 3 people, but toilet and bathroom smell so bad and dirty. Staff is not friendly.

We're satisfied our stay, the location is convenient just along the hiway, don't expect to much like the 5 star hotel, expect the price you choose.

It is near the ruins of St. Paul, easy access to bus transport . It is a nice place to stay but management is not accommodating.

At first it's so hard to find the location because you won't notice it. But I think it has reasonable price, it has own bathroom, a spacious and clean room. It has wifi, heater,towel, toothbrush,comb,shampoo,body wash,tissue, dryer and TV. All in all still a good experience.

Staff were helpful. Despite initial worry, it was easy to catch a taxi from here even early in the morning. For the price this place is ok, only if you can put up with noise from traffic and walkway. The worst part was the cigarette smell that comes through the bathroom ventilation from other rooms during the day when we were away and even in the middle of the night. The whole room was filled with cigarette smell which was terrible. Should keep the ventilator (bathroom light) running all the time.

The location wise is quite convenient for travellers. However, it is abit narrowness to occupied 6 adult (specially those traveller with a lot baggage). Aircon was not cold enough and initially there was no hot water when we shower. We further ask the receptionist regarding the hot water. The staff was asking us “to wait” in a rude way. And there was no lift at all so it was inconvenient for me as well. Overall, I won’t revisit and recommend this place.

They said the Hotel was very accommodating and the room was a relaxing tonstay. They enjoyed their stay there. I am glad that i booked a hotel for my friends and satisfied with it. Kuddos TRIP.COM for accurate details.

I don't recommend the place. Staff were rude and not accomodating and charged us 500hkd for the 3 kids even if the room is big enough for us. They don' give extra towel even we pay additional.

Just fine. Two bus stops before senado square. But they should inform the people before booking that there's a deposit before checking-in.

Am a traveller from Singapore. I entered Macau from Zhuhai, china. I took a bus from the immigration to the hotel, the hotel is located in a pretty good location, as many buses can reach there in 3/4 stops. The hotel is pretty small, but definitely worth it. The staffs were really kind too, though they can't speak English well, but they are mostly bilingual, Chinese and Cantonese. The hotel also has very fast speed wifi. Overall, is definitely a good experience.
