Facilities: Fully equipped and very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean, and the bed was huge. Environment: For a city like Macau, the Victoria Hotel offers great value for money considering its price, environment, and service. Highly recommended. Service: The front desk service was attentive; they reminded me about luggage storage, which was very convenient as I could explore all day and pick up my luggage later to cross the border.

The surrounding facilities are comprehensive and convenient, the environment is clean and tidy, and the service deserves praise.

Macau is a place where every inch of land is worth a fortune, and hotels are generally expensive. However, this 3-star hotel offers good quality, it's clean, comfortable, and the service is quite good. Plus, it includes breakfast, and the price is relatively affordable.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very nice. However, breakfast choices were very much Limited. It may be good for Chinese diners but was surely not good choice for foreigners. Environment was very clean. And AC system was wonderful. Toilet towels were fantastic.

We booked a triple room for convenience, but it turned out to be exceptionally small. The window offered a view of tightly packed residential buildings, reminiscent of the old Kowloon Walled City, making it impossible to open the curtains. Despite being a triple room, only two tooth mugs were provided. When we asked the front desk, they directed us to housekeeping, who explained that while three sets of toiletries were given, their policy stipulated only two tooth mugs per room. Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning broke. A technician worked on it for nearly an hour, but by 1 AM, it still wasn't fixed, and we were simply given a fan. At checkout, there was no apology or explanation whatsoever regarding the AC problem. To add insult to injury, upon checking out, we realized one room key card was missing, and they immediately charged us 50 RMB, citing their policy. It really feels like these rules are only for guests!

Overall I was pretty impressed

The room was a good size, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The location is very convenient! It's close to the Border Gate, just a 20-minute walk away. There's also a small supermarket on the first floor, which is very handy for everyday necessities.

The room was very spacious and pleasant. The service was excellent, and the guest room was spotlessly clean. The only slight drawback was the breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was superb. The hotel is also conveniently located, visible just a short walk from the border crossing.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle. The hotel *only* accepts cash for the security deposit! No cards or electronic payments are accepted. So, make sure you have cash ready, as even debit cards are not an option! The room was on the smaller side and fairly standard.

The location was easy to find, and the room was quiet; everything else was pretty good. However, the attitude of the female front desk staff member with a mole on her nose was absolutely terrible. She treated us as if we owed her money – did she think guests hadn't paid for their rooms? The other staff members were all very good. Additionally, the front desk required a 500 deposit, and it was cash-only. Most hotels in mainland China no longer require this, which makes me feel that the service industry here definitely hasn't developed as well as in mainland China.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Border Gate. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Do note that a MOP 500 cash-only deposit is required for check-in. The cleanliness was truly outstanding; I even wiped down surfaces with a wet tissue right after checking in and was amazed to find not a single speck of dust! Huge thumbs up for that! It's definitely a great value-for-money choice for a trip to Macau.

The environment was great, and the service was excellent. It's very family-friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, especially the mattress, which was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. There was even a bathtub! For this price, the quality and service were a wonderful surprise.
