JW Marriott Hotel Macau

Great location within Galaxy Resort, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with new facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The service is good, and there are plenty of dining options, with the buffet having a good reputation. It's suitable for families, holidays, and business trips. The only drawback is the slightly high price. Overall, it's worth staying here.

The overall service exceeded my expectations. Check-in at the lounge was quick with no waiting, and the hotel was very responsive to any requests. My only complaint is that the deposit I paid upon check-in wasn't refunded until a month later after I called them. Cash would have been much more convenient.

Visited during Christmas, and Macau was incredibly crowded. We had to wait a bit to check in. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the front desk staff were very thoughtful; they even arranged a children's tent for us when they saw we had a child and delivered kids' toiletries. The quality of the hotel room was excellent, and the soundproofing was superb. The executive lounge dinner was also very good, with a wide selection of beverages. Galaxy Macau wasn't as crowded as The Venetian, but the quality here is definitely superior. Executive benefits for 2 people per room (simple breakfast, afternoon tea snacks).

After staying at the Galaxy for 4 days, I switched to the Marriott and honestly regretted not coming here sooner. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. I really have to commend the front desk staff, especially a young man from Zhuhai named Su Qianqian. He helped me check in early, informed me about the welcome amenities, and thoughtfully considered my needs, even arranging a late check-out for me. His attitude was super friendly, and I was very happy with the room! All in all, next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely choose the Marriott without hesitation!

The hotel was exceptionally good. The facilities were great, and I especially loved the smart toilet. The room was kept spotlessly clean. The environment was dazzling and beautiful. Victory from the executive lounge was lovely, kind-hearted, and provided excellent service. I had such a wonderful time!

The service was excellent as always. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, housekeeping was meticulous, and the breakfast spread was incredibly varied.

The hotel environment is great, the room is clean and tidy, and a shopping mall is right downstairs.

From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. Front desk manager Yasmine was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, not only setting up a kids' tent for my little one but also remembering it was their birthday the day before and surprising them with a beautiful cake. Housekeeping was diligent and even took the initiative to neatly fold all our clothes. It was a truly delightful and satisfying stay.
