The host was friendly, but I couldn't quite place their origin; their Mandarin, Cantonese, and English all seemed a bit off. However, when I mentioned I didn't have a charger, they quickly found one for me. On the downside, the hygiene was concerning, and it was very damp.

The bed was really soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with no cockroaches. Even though it's an older place, it's still quite clean. 'Old' mainly refers to the walls and ceiling looking a bit dated. The decor has a unique Southeast Asian style, which is charming. The landlady was very friendly and even showed me to my bed. Basic communication in Mandarin was fine.

Great location, right in the city center! It's surrounded by casino hotels, shopping malls, banks, and famous landmarks, making it super convenient for getting around, shopping, entertainment, and dining. Hotel prices in Macau are generally quite high. This place is on the smaller side, but the beds are clean, making it suitable for solo travelers, much like a hostel.

The place is small, but clean, it is easy to walk to the historic areas from the pension. As well as the bus system for the port, airport, the border with Zhuhai and the island where most casinos and shows are. The Innkeepers are attentive and helpful, thank you

Considering the price, the location is quite good, very close to the Grand Lisboa Casino and Senado Square, which is convenient. Facilities: All the necessary facilities are available, including hot water. Service: The owner is quite friendly and enthusiastic. Environment: It is what you'd expect for the price.

I recently stayed at Pensao Lotus and it was a great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was clean and cozy. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions in the area. Plus, they offer free luggage storage for 24 hours after check-out, which was super convenient for me. I'd definitely recommend Pensao Lotus for a comfortable and affordable stay.

This hostel boasts an excellent location, offering convenient transportation and easy access to numerous attractions. I took advantage of this to explore the local culture, sample regional cuisine, and purchase unique souvenirs. These experiences allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the local customs and way of life. Overall, my stay at this hostel was a fantastic experience where I made many new friends and discovered countless new places.

The location was good at Centre of many attractions. Easy to walk around. Many foodie shops to eat. Transport also available nearby, so easy to catch a bus. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The occupants also kept noise level low and not disturbing others. The bedsheets looks clean and no bad smells. The whole room is less with lights maybe purposely, so couldn't see much. And the visibility is low. For the that money you paid, for that location it's recommended. Anyway what you pay, what you get. No worries, no complaints. One thing that I would like to highlight is the stairs that you have to.climb up, especially if you carry a big backpack. It's in 3rd floor. No lifts. Go up and down, for some exercise. Hahaha..... Anyway, thanks. After you go around see the beautiful city, beautiful casinos, you forget everything. Cheers.....

Literally friendly staff and nice environment and amneties

The location is excellent, very close to Ruins of St. Paul's and Grand Lisboa, and there's a bus stop nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The privacy for each bunk bed was good, and they provided charging ports suitable for domestic use. The service attitude was also decent. However, the outdoor air conditioning unit was quite noisy, and the AC cooling wasn't ideal. There were also mosquitoes in the room. I hope these issues can be improved in the future.

Good to stay if you're in Budget.Easy to Find .Not a good place to Travel with luggage and to get socialise.
