The hotel was incredibly accommodating, even upgrading my room during the busy winter holiday season. Having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus! They also included a complimentary breakfast, although the breakfast area itself was pretty standard. The room was clean and comfortable. Its location in the old district, right next to StarWorld, MGM, and Wynn, makes it super convenient for entertainment, shopping, and sightseeing. I'll definitely be back!

It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

Exceeded expectations! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get to MGM for exhibitions. Facilities: You could practically cook a meal here – the facilities are fully equipped. Service: Excellent, they even provided breakfast. Environment: Very good, there's a gym available for workouts.

One of my favourite places to stay in Macau. The location is excellent for getting around on taxi or buses. Walkable to Central Macau. Next to MGM and Wynn making it easy to use the restaurants there whilst enjoying a relatively quiet residential environment.

This apartment is located in the quietest part of Macau's old town. It has absolutely everything, and the facilities are well-managed. Every time, they upgrade me to a suite. It truly feels like a home away from home.
