The hotel is a huge complex with a lot of stores, food court, cassino and the veneza city. The transfer to/from Hotel is easy and free. Rooms are big, very clean and super confortable. Aaron at the front desk was super nice and helpfull. You can get lost very easy

I enjoyed the stay very much. Service was impeccable. No language barrier, lots of smiles and helpfulness was fantastic. Service staff to security personnel to hygiene staff.. are well versed on what good service meant. I can ask anyone and everyone is readily and willing to help. Either show me the way or to provide assistance. The room was great and the location was easily accessible via the public transport or shuttle bus. I would say one of the best service holidays that I have experienced.

Avoid at all cost ! Except for the free shuttle bus (who anyone can take) it’s not a convenient place to stay. The dishes proposed at the food court on the 3rd floor are just average, and all the « Venice » style looks super fake, it’s a very very pale copy, and the water smells like pool water. Another annoying matter is the fact that you can only check in after 3 pm, even then I had to wait for an hour to register, then another hour to get my luggages delivered to my room. When you check out you are not even allowed to store the luggage at the reception, except if you pay. As for the ******, during check in they rush on you to register a free member card with 100$ on it to play. However, I expected the cash to be in the card directly, but when I went there I was told I need to charge it first, so I went where I was told to go and the staff told me sorry you should have charged the card under 48 hours, now you can’t use it haha. A part from that there is neither free food nor even free drinks unlike most ******s in that area. Better go to MGM imo!

The room is extremely big enough for family travel. The hotel and shopping mall are huge. The opposite is Londoner and Parisian is beside.

Quite clear and comfortable for room and size, great maintenance for the room facilities although having years age for this hotel. Acceptable services quality and still have rooms to improve further. Basically is fine for this staying experience but prefer to try another brand-new hotel next time due to C/P consideration.

Hotel was so nice. Luxury interior, boutiques and restaurants are inside. Boat ride was so cool. Only one thing that we can regret about, that's we couldn't stay longer cz of our flight. But next time, definitely will visit it again.
