Grand Hyatt Macau

Our room this time was spacious and comfortable, offering views of both the airport and the musical fountain. We enjoyed executive lounge privileges and indulged in delicious food every day. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly warm and friendly. We hope to visit again someday.

This hotel is perfectly located in Tsim Sha Tsui, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and shopping is incredibly convenient. Plus, it's just a short walk to the Avenue of Stars and the ferry pier.

I chose the Grand Hyatt for its M9 buffet dinner, and its convenient location. It's situated within the City of Dreams complex, making it super easy to get to surrounding hotels and malls. Plus, there's a direct bus to the airport, and you can even take an elevator from the hotel straight to the light rail station. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the gym was nice, even offering hot towels. However, to be honest, some small details in the room facilities weren't quite what I expected. The sink didn't have hand soap, only bar soap, and for a hotel of this caliber, the hairdryer wasn't a Dyson and had very weak airflow.

This truly lives up to the standard of an international five-star hotel! Although it's an older property, it's very well-maintained. The floral arrangements in all the lobbies are beautiful and fresh, a real pleasure to look at. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was especially outstanding. The dining environment was superb, truly no need to go out looking for local specialty meals. The location is incredibly convenient for getting to various attractions or taking the subway in and out. Compared to other major hotels in [City Name], we will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Macau!

I booked a king suite and it was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The shower was also roomy. Breakfast was good, especially the distinctive lobster congee which was very fresh and tasty, and you could enjoy it by the pool. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the staff were all very friendly.

The rooms are spacious, and the new building is noticeably cleaner. The room layout and location are excellent – bright, airy, and large, offering fantastic value for money. The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes; beyond the usual porridges, they even have fresh lobster congee, which was incredibly delicious.

So nice! Quiet and great atmosphere! I'll definitely come back next time! Wynn Palace is right across the street, and there's a fountain show at night! The breakfast is also plentiful with a wide variety of choices!

The hotel is pretty good, although the decor and facilities are a bit dated and the toilet isn't automatic, as it's been around for many years. Everything else is fine though; it's directly connected to the light rail, and there are shuttle buses to the pier, airport, etc., making travel quite convenient.
