5/ 5PerfectHotel room is clean and big. Pool area is very relaxing. There were also a lot of restaurants in the area. Sauna room and steam room are quite big. Thank you for sending me a birthday cake. We also want to thank Cyrell from FO dept for assisting us😊 and also to Sanjieb. Big thanks!

5/ 5PerfectAmazing stay! Great value for money. Didn’t expect that they will give us a free upgrade. Hospitable staff and very well mannered. Will definitely comeback and will recommend this hotel. 3.2/ 5I’ve been in sheraton macau few times already because of my friends. But this our first time to check in as the main guest, the experience is good the public areas are good, the rooms are a bit old already. Sadly also we’re not able to enjoy their pools because suddenly the temperature drop and so cold. Special mention to FD Lily, for being so nice and attentive.

Haven't found the right hotel yet?
It was our first time there and celebrating our anniversary. Hotel is very accommodating and generous to give a piece of cake for our special celebration. Unfortunately the weather is not good we didn’t have a chance to access the outdoor pool.
