We booked non smoking room and the receptionist confirmed it’s the non smoking room but actually it smelled so bad and we got throat pain in the morning. He didn’t agree but it was so obvious that people have been smoking there for a long time. Amenity: very minimum, bath towel was even disposable thin low quality one. Location was super good though

Clean and comfortable, this hotel is trustworthy and my top choice.

The room was tiny and incredibly noisy! I couldn't get any sleep at all. Honestly, it felt like one of those super cheap motels you'd find in mainland China for 50-80 yuan. And yet, they charged me 619 yuan for it! After checking in in the afternoon, they wouldn't give me a single cent back by evening! Since it was Chinese New Year's Day, I decisively ditched this awful hotel and went to the Grand Lisboa next door, where I paid over 3000 yuan for a spacious room and actually enjoyed my stay. I strongly advise anyone visiting Macau NOT to book this hotel! You'll regret it, and you'll definitely never want to stay there a second time!

It was alright overall, though the disposable duvet cover and sheets were a bit stuffy.

Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Decent. Service: Warm, attentive, and thorough.

The location of the hotel is in the city centre and very near bus stop, making it very accessible. It's also near tourist sites like the St Paul's ruins and the casinos in the city. The room was small and quite tight to move around as there's not much space. Bed is comfy enough but the there's no toilet wall resulting in a very bright room at night, especially during sleep time as the separating section between room and toilet is frosted glass. Would have preferred a more opaque separator. There's also no shower curtain to avoid wetting the toilet floor when showering.

The hotel only serves a purpose that can be used for sleeping in the evening. Other than that, the location is great. The front desk guys are great. It is not a hotel with a magnificent cleanliness but the service and the sheets were very clean.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to Casino’s it is at the back of Lisboa Casino Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

The hotel is accessible to all tourists spot. And the staff are nice.

Bed not so good for sleeping.

The room is superrrr small, really small, you don't even have space to open you luggage, you only able to open you luggage on bed, toilet also superrrr small. The only good thing is the location, it is near Grand Lisboa.

The place is very accessible at any landmarks. very clean and neat.
