Reviews of Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau

My stay at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau this time exceeded my expectations! The hotel is conveniently accessible via the Sands' shuttle bus next door, and Sands also offers shuttle services to Cotai. My main reason for visiting was the Grand Prix Museum, which is just diagonally opposite, and the Fisherman's Wharf is right next to it, making getting around super easy. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and very clean, with well-appointed bathroom facilities. The front desk and service staff were polite and thoughtful. The common areas had a great ambiance, and the lobby was particularly unique. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Hello guys.My flight was 12pm landed. Checking time 15pm but early checking 🙏. Location was a fantastic 😉. Pool was very clearly ,farm🤗 and cozy chill too much time. Buffet was delicious and many foods and fresh bakery 🥯 services was friendly and bed was very comfortable 🌸🌸 Fisher man walking 5min

Great facility for kids. Although I didn’t go my daughter nor my wife, I I will definitely stay here next time, especially if the prices are hard to beat. I wanna bring my daughter to the kids club and the playground, which looks quite modern though a little bit old. Pool is great for kids and adults since there are three levels less than 1 m for the kids, 1.5 m for the adults and 2.5 m for the serious swimmer. They also have tennis courts, which I think is complementary for one hour. I didn’t get a chance to play tennis on the court, but definitely worth staying if you’d like the sport.

The hotel is elegant and very clean. The service is excellent, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into running it.

Room and location were great. Staff was super kind and helpful, even more considering that I arrived to check-in at 2am. Luggage deposit after checking out was also not an issue. Very handy location to reach the old town and the free Cotai casino shuttle from the neighbouring hotel.

The hotel environment is superb. The front desk area, though not large, is very well-organized, and the staff are all fluent in multiple languages. Check-in was very quick; compared to other hotels in Macau, this is one of the earliest you can check in. The hotel breakfast is quite rich, and it seems there are ongoing promotions recently.

Great value for money! The location is super convenient, right next to Marina Bay Sands. You can take their shuttle bus to get around, and it's really easy to catch the complimentary Sands shuttle to the airport or other attractions like The Venetian. The hotel breakfast is quite substantial too! The pool is on the smaller side, but decent enough.

Clean and tidy. Perfect for families with kids, there's a children's play area with activities. The staff are friendly and speak both Chinese and English, which makes communication easy. They even offered to help with our luggage.

However, since it's open-air, it can't be used on rainy days. - **Location & Convenience:** The location is incredibly convenient, situated on Avenida da Amizade on the Macau Peninsula. It's within walking distance of Sands Casino, Fisherman's Wharf, and Lotus Square. The Macau Grand Prix Museum and Science Center are also nearby. Plus, there's free shuttle service to the airport and Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, or it's just a short taxi ride, making getting around hassle-free. - **Overall Experience:** Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained after renovation. The Portuguese-style garden environment is very pleasant. The overall service is friendly towards both families and the elderly, making it a great family-friendly option for a relaxed stay while exploring Macau.

The room was very nice and clean. The service was excellent; anything we needed was delivered quickly. The pool is great for families, and my child had a lot of fun. Getting around is also very convenient with taxis nearby.

An amazing stay! It's perfect for families with kids, who absolutely loved the hotel's pool. It's also really close to the city's attractions, making it super convenient to get around. Great value for money! There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby too, so grabbing a bite or snacks was a breeze. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau!

This hotel is truly a resort! The only drawback is the lack of a dedicated shuttle, but you can use the Sands Macao's shuttle service. From the airport, take the shuttle to The Parisian Macao, then go downstairs to catch the Sands shuttle. If it's late, you can take a shuttle from The Parisian, The Venetian, or The Londoner to the Taipa Ferry Terminal, as the Sands shuttle there runs until midnight. Once you get off at the Sands, you can walk directly through the long corridor – one way leads to the hotel lobby, and the other goes straight to the resort facilities. The staff are polite and speak fluent Chinese. On the first night, the kids next door were quite noisy. I called the front desk, and they immediately intervened, and it quieted down instantly. The next morning, I wanted to change rooms. The front desk readily agreed, but after checking, they found the noisy guests had already checked out, so I decided not to move. However, the front desk assured me they would help if needed. The next day, I went swimming; the outdoor pool was clean, and there were hot tubs and even a waterslide, which was fun for adults too! I stayed for three days and was very satisfied. I'll definitely come back.

The room was very clean and a good size. The soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were very thorough in answering all our questions and explaining the hotel facilities. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right next to The Venetian and Fisherman's Wharf, and there's a free shuttle bus to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Overall, it's very convenient for getting around.
