Conrad Macao

I'm genuinely baffled. There wasn't even any shower gel in the room, and the air conditioning was incredibly noisy all night. I have no idea how this place got its rating. My entire experience yesterday was truly awful. No extra water, nothing at all. The environment is genuinely poor. It's worse than a budget hotel.

The hotel lobby, front desk, and rooms are all incredibly luxurious and grand. The staff provides excellent service, from the front desk to the concierge. The breakfast at the Churchill restaurant is superb with a wide variety of options.

This was my second stay at Conrad, and its location is excellent. The room was clean and tidy. Because I checked in a bit late, only high-floor and smoking-floor rooms were available. The air quality in the smoking room was really unpleasant, even with an air purifier. After speaking with customer service, I was temporarily moved to the 35th floor, and they promised to move us to a floor below 20 the next day. The hotel even sent a welcome gift that evening. The next day, we moved to the 15th floor. The staff's service attitude was exceptionally good, though a couple of staff members weren't very professional. We were told there would be a charge for an extra duvet, but after calling customer service, it was quickly delivered without a fee. Overall, the room size and environment offer great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time!

This is our second stay here, and my family and relatives absolutely raved about the rooms. The environment was as clean as ever, and the soundproofing was excellent. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious options! The hotel is also super convenient, within walking distance to everything. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and a big thank you to Sandra from the reservations department for the birthday cake for my mom. Conrad will definitely be our top choice whenever we visit Macau again!

Room: Some online reviews mentioned the hotel is a bit old, and indeed, it's not newly built. However, for a hotel that's over ten years old, its condition shows that daily maintenance is excellent. The room is large and has no strange odors. The beds, in particular, are a highlight – it's hard to find two 1.5-meter double beds anywhere else in Macau, making it very comfortable for families with children. There are several swimming pools, and swimming at night is great for photos; they even provide inflatables, water, and towels. Service: From the front desk to the housekeeping staff and concierge, everyone was extremely polite and accommodating – truly excellent! 👍 They even gave us little bears and ducks! 🦆 Breakfast: The dishes were thoughtfully prepared and made fresh. The attention to detail was impressive. For example, for fresh fruit and vegetable juices, you tell them what you want, and they make it on the spot, which is incredibly satisfying. Transportation: It's right by The Londoner, which is essentially the Conrad, but at half the price. What do you think about the value for money?

The room was really big and spacious. Before coming, I was a bit worried about online comments mentioning the hotel being old and having an odor, but after checking in, it felt great and I didn't notice any smell. It's also super convenient for shopping and getting around. Definitely worth staying here.

The twin room was very comfortable, I slept great, and the pool was beautiful. You get an immersive view of Big Ben from there! The lobby and pool are shared with The Londoner, and the service was excellent. They even gave us a cake for my child's birthday, which made for a really happy stay.

The beds were super comfortable. Traveling with my parents, we were pleasantly surprised to find extra toiletries, towels, and water for the three of us. The Eiffel Tower view from our window was absolutely stunning! Exiting the hotel, The Parisian is to the left and The Londoner to the right, which is very convenient. The hotel service was meticulous and the staff attitude was excellent. We had a reservation for breakfast with a discount, but unfortunately, our flight schedule changed and we had to leave early for the airport. The front desk was very understanding and promptly refunded the breakfast cost.
