Horrible! I booked this hotel again after first experience we had a month ago which was wonderful. But this time have booked same room type and if was awful(( Old room, dirty bathroom, sagging mattresses which made sleeping so uncomfortable… woke up tiered( deep disappointment (( never again!

They were charging me for improperly misaccounted minibar. They only put once in the fridge and now they counted as if i used it everyday. The housekeeping staff never replenished the minibar since my the first use. And now they charged as if i used it everyday. Really disappointing. I stay in other hotels around the area but this thing never happened to me. Everything is always well accounted. I am always tipping the housekeeping staff but they do not do their job properly not all the staff but some if the housekeeping staff are really lazy and impolite. I just paid the mischarged minibar because they had to hold me for a llng time uppn checking out so i just gave up cos i was so tired and no sleep never coming back again. I promise

I would stay again. I travel to Macau regularity. The hotel room was clean and quite spacious. Central to the big casinos. Breakfast buffet was ok for and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

not bad, but the tv too small and old module as well as the light so dark. Is better the hotel can be more brighter!

Old, bad breakfast, not recommendable at all
