The hotel environment is quite good, and the room is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The surrounding transportation is also convenient. I'd recommend it to everyone. It's also relatively close to casinos and other attractions. Considering the surrounding area, I'm quite satisfied.

Stepping into the hotel, you're greeted by a dazzling golden lobby. Outside, there are convenient stores like OK and 7-Eleven, operating 24 hours, which makes grabbing anything super easy. For dining, there's a restaurant on the hotel's third floor, though the portions are a bit small. Alternatively, there's a Cafe de Coral right downstairs from the hotel.

Clean, hygienic, and conveniently located with excellent service. Getting around is easy, and there's everything you need nearby. Super convenient, 10/10!

The room was really big and spacious, and quite clean. Plus, they provided four bottles of drinking water, which was plenty. The hotel's location is excellent, and since our stay included breakfast, it made eating and getting around super convenient. It was easy to catch a taxi right downstairs. My only minor complaint is that check-in was a bit slow; there were a lot of people, and we had to wait in line.

Had a great stay. A note to take- the hotel requires 500 local money as a deposit. It’s right next to the bus station and in a walking distance to the main attractions.

There was a minor hiccup, but thankfully Ctrip customer service representative Xiao Shi (employee ID N18227) quickly stepped in to coordinate and resolve it. I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Xiao Shi here – she was incredibly responsive to the guest's needs, and her problem-solving was both fast and effective. She's truly the epitome of excellent customer service! 👍

Really enjoyed my one-night stay at Rio Hotel Macau! I booked a twin room and was happily upgraded. The location is great, close to public transport and plenty of good food nearby. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Would stay again!

The room was excellent: spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the room itself or the comfort of the stay. However, the level of welcome was completely inconsistent with the hotel's standard and price. First, they required a deposit upon check-in. This seems odd for a hotel of this category, especially since they simply refuse to let you in without one. Second, check-in is only until 3:00 PM. For me, that's quite late—I travel a lot, and at hotels of this caliber, I often find more flexible or early check-in. Overall, the room itself and the accommodations were very good, but the check-in process left a bad impression.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There were many great food options nearby, and shopping was convenient. It was easy to go out for dim sum in the morning; we went to Ah Yee Abalone for dim sum, which was affordable and delicious. There's also a restaurant right downstairs from the hotel, which is very convenient.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance and was quite nervous before arriving, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! We booked a family suite, which was very spacious. With the partition door closed, it effectively became two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. It's perfect for families, especially those with two children. The hotel's location is super convenient; there's a bus stop right outside, and plenty of dining options nearby. The only minor downside is that the variety and quality of the hotel breakfast could use some improvement.
