According to the latest policy for Macau, persons who are undergoing 14-day or 7-day self-observation (those persons holding a yellow health code or who have received a notification to complete medical observation) in Macau cannot currently stay in hotels.
The hotel does not accept children under 18 years of age staying alone without being accompanied by an adult.
According to hotel notice during the period of pandemic prevention guests are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration, if the card could not provided, guests are not allowed to stay.
[Jan 15, 2021 - Aug 31, 2021] During COVID-19, tourists from mainland China must hold a certificate of negative result of the novel coronavirus nucleic acid test issued within the past 7 days or a certificate of specimen collection for COVID-19 nucleic acid test or Macau health code prior to their entry into Macao (please refer to https://www.macaotourism.gov.mo/en/).
[Jun 8, 2021 - Dec 31, 2021] In response to the COVID-19 situation in Guangdong Province, beginning at 10:00 on Jun 8, 2021, all passengers traveling between Guangdong and Macao are required to present valid negative nucleic acid test reports issued within 48 hours before arrival. Residents of Macau entering Macau from Guangdong without a valid nucleic acid report must be tested immediately on arrival and must wait for the results. Travelers who are not residents of Macau and do not have a negative nucleic acid test issued within the past 48 hours are not permitted to enter. Nucleic acid testing requirements for passengers entering from the airport remain unchanged. In addition, beginning at 18:00 on Jun 6, 2021, all visitors to Macau who have been to Liwan District, Haizhu District, Yuexiu District, Panyu District, or Nansha District in Guangzhou, or Nanhai District or Chancheng District in Foshan within the past 14 days before entry must undergo medical observation for 14 days at a designated place as required by the health authorities.
