Leaving Macau already, and even though I only stayed one day at The Londoner Macao, it left a deep and wonderful impression. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier establishment; the facilities are comfortable and enjoyable, but the service is truly the best part. Our butlers, Jialin and Hollis, were warm, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful – truly meticulous in every detail. Many thanks to the entire team, both front-of-house and behind the scenes, for their exceptional service. Your outstanding hospitality made us love Macau even more, and The Londoner Macao even more so. We're looking forward to returning and seeing you again.

The room was incredibly spacious and the service was superb. Our butler's service started even before we arrived, offering 24-hour comprehensive assistance, even helping to draw a bath in advance. With afternoon tea and cocktails, we didn't have to worry about a single meal. There was so much fruit and so many snacks in the room, we couldn't even finish them all. It was a truly delightful experience!

Service: Absolutely impeccable! This is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Macau when it comes to service-to-price ratio. It offers a butler-like service that caters to all personal needs. The rooms are incredibly luxurious, and the cleanliness and service are exceptionally professional. Every evening, the room is restocked with various delicious snacks and beverages. Check-in and check-out are super convenient, and they even offer full escort service all the way to the airport entrance. Without a doubt, I'll choose this place again for my next trip to Macau.

I chose The Londoner Royal Garden Hotel to celebrate my son's birthday with my parents and family. Their service was truly exceptional. Besides making advance arrangements, they also researched dietary requirements online beforehand, as my son has favism. I'm incredibly grateful to our housekeepers, Willson and Lucianna, for their thoughtful service. Willson, in particular, went out of his way to purchase some children's toothpaste, as the hotel didn't have any non-mint toothpaste, and my son can't use anything with mint. His attention to detail was impeccable. I'm also grateful to the hotel for preparing a birthday cake for my son, and the staff sang happy birthday for him, which delighted him greatly. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I'm grateful to the housekeeping team for taking everyone's preferences into account and preparing thoughtful gifts, making for a truly enjoyable and heartwarming weekend getaway.
