quite disappointed of the beddings for this Loccitane Hotel. the sheets looks like 3 stars hotel. surprisign their price is high only because they are using small sample sized Loccitane products. There is a small shopping arcade next to hotel but there is nothing there. I booked the hotel and planned to stay around the hotel due to the mobility issue of my mom. every shops closes around 7pm or 8pm in the shopping arcade, and only like 3-4 restaurants to choose from. Location wise, it's located in nowhere which taxi is required. they shoud have more descrptions on the website regarding the hotels nearby/premises facilities. I have also borrowed a wheelchair from concierge, they acually 'CHarged' my credit card MOP2,000 as 'deposit', when checked out, they said will refund within 2 week, almost 4 weeks later, still no sign of the refund.

Very good hotel, but the staff attitude at the breakfast restaurant was disappointing. The girl who prepares the juice had a really bad attitude. I simply asked for a drink, and she seemed very unwilling to serve me. She even glared at me. The hotel itself is of a very high standard, but this staff do not meet that standard! Her attitude was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this quality.
