The room is very spacious and there are complete bath kits and slippers. There is also an available food service from midnight until 6am but just have to pick it up at the resto just in the 1st floor.

The room was great and very clean, with a large bathtub that was perfect for a relaxing hot bath. It also had a private balcony with a cute swing, which would be lovely for hosting a simple birthday party for a child. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that breakfast portions were limited—even though four of us stayed, we were only given two breakfasts. It's very convenient to have dining, lodging, and transport all in one place. There are no ******* downstairs, just restaurants and shopping areas, so it was very quiet. The toiletries provided were quite upscale. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Horrible experience in this hotel, room cleanliness is horrible and I got bitten by unknown insect however I did not report to duty manager as I know they would not take it seriously. Hotel staff knocked my door at 23:30 even though my donor disturb light was on and turned out to be a mistake. I called call centre to request to speak to manager and they refused. After I insisted and they finally said that manager would call back. Manager called back after 20 mins after few calls I have given to call centre. She apologised and gave dining voucher and late check out, at least she had done what she had to do. It’s worth a mention that the staff who checked me in was pretty rude and impatient when I asked the question, I remember her name was aska yang, I don’t know how would someone without the sense of service could be hotelier. Overall, the stay was pretty horrible and I will definitely not coming back here.

Overall, the experience was pretty good. We booked a themed room which included a themed breakfast. However, when we went for breakfast, there were four restaurants, and as we're not from around here, we weren't familiar with the layout. The staff weren't particularly patient in explaining things clearly. The overall environment was very nice. I hope the hotel can provide a guide for out-of-town visitors on what to do and see.

Very Instagram worthy hotel that kids and lovers of the Line Friends brand will love. Has a shopping and entertainment complex attached, as well as shuttle bus links to all major entry and exit points in Macau. Will be back
