ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOTEL. The room was immaculate so many little touches to make this stay great, included a pillow menu of choice. All the concierge staff were very helpful. As we visited in the low season, some of the pools were closed, though I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot hub! Thank you Jason for welcoming us and very helpful throughout our stay! Would recommend for anyone visiting this area!

Lightning protection! Lightning protection! Lightning protection! Say important things three times! I stayed at the Banyan Tree Hotel with great anticipation, but stayed up all night. The sound of running water in the hotel's swimming pool has been making it impossible to sleep. I called twice to fix it in the middle of the night, but it still didn't work. For the third time, I had no choice but to let him drain the water in the pool against the sleepiness. Enjoy and cry! For hotels with swimming pools, it is recommended to check before checking in! careful! But the service attitude is good

It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though.

What a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff (Keya, Nicko, Tony). Upon arrival, my room was upgraded for free to a suite - 1.5 bathrooms, a separated living room and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The hotel was clean and everything in place. The only concern I had was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. Other than that, I can’t complain! Broadway Macau will now be my go-to hotel every year in Macau.

The hotel is only located 10 minute walk to the Pai Kok LRT which is very convenient, and it is also out of the ****** *****s, so the surrounding is tranquil and peaceful. A short walk to Galaxy to catch free shuttle to other locations. The hotel serves breakfast which is a plus point. Didn't manage to enjoy the facilities of the hotel, such as the swimming pool as busy with sightseeing!

This was such a great hotel. The staff was so friendly and professional. The location is ideal - close to downtown Taipa where all the great restaurants are located. Hotel is just allocated across the galaxy macau and along the same street as as broadway Macau . Very conveniently located as there are buses in front of the hotel and in front of galaxy to take you to Macau downtown . Just 20 mins walking distance to guan ye street . There’re 2 24/7 convenience shops on the left and eight of hotel and a dessert shop that serves very nice mango pomelo. Will certainly stay again or recommend to friends Hotel staff are very helpful too.

Room in excellent shape; we actually had a triple that was spacious and designed and furnished as triple. 10th floor, we could see a little bit of the sea at the distance, but otherwise the view was not good. But the room great! The bathroom spacious very nice, modern, very functional, excepth that the bathtub was clogged. We had breakfast one day, which was not included, it was inexpensive at 50 MOP per person, but at least the western component was extremely basic (and the coffee, bad). The price was expensive by my standards, but I would stay again--the room was nice and confortable.

Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

The lobby reception was incredibly nice and friendly. Not sure because I'm late check-in or what, they actually upgraded me to the room no. 1. The room was completely clean, the bed was very comfortable. Most important is, room no. 1 had an incredible view. During my check out, the staff also very helpful and manage to get me a taxi although during peak hours. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to some of the famous places. Besides the location, I'll rate it 10/10.

If there’s an option to give 10 stars for this hotel, I would have done so. There’s so much to praise about it. Pros: Location is just 2 mins walk from Cotai West Station LTR Amazing hotel design and amazing room Very friendly and patient staff Room is huge and comfortable Shower screen has privacy function, which allows you to watch the living room TV or have some quiet private time. Toilet seat cover is heated to your desired temperature Toilet bowl has night lights in it for night use Toilet amenities are of good quality Charging ports are wireless, or using just cables to charge. (They are fast charging!!) Bed is super comfortable and they are King sized! Mini bar is FREE for one time. (RED WINE INCLUDED. YES. BEER too) Bedroom slippers are solid rubber/plastic instead of the usual cloth kind. Free lounge access, free flow of food/drinks (didn’t use them as the timing did not match my time there) Nice small comfortable pool and gym Cons Shuttle bus only goes to galaxy macau. To get to airport or ferry you would have to take to galaxy macau before transferring to another shuttle bus. The view is another hotel that is still under construction.
