This hotel is new and beautiful, breakfast is great, and location is great. However, they did not measure the temperature of the guests (a lot of guests coughed and sneezed during the pandemic) and it was difficult to book the jacuzzi time (they should recommend booking from 6 am). We also left a sign to clean the room, We arrived at night and did not clean.

The hotel is very good and well-located. The room is always clean and the room service is very helpful. Breakfast is served every day with typical dishes of the Brazilian northeast region and also the classics of continental breakfast like scrambled eggs or omelets. In special I would like to thank Monica for her amazing service, she was always smiling and helpful.

Café da manhã completo e muito gostoso. Recepção ótima. Quarto com excelente espaço. Segurança. Roupas de cama limpos. Disponibilidade de toalhas para uso em praia. Água saborizada na parte da tarde. Só achei que faltou um pouco mais de atenção a parte da limpeza dos quartos.

O hotel em si é novo acomodações ótimas, quarto pequeno, mas ok Porém eu fiz check.in antecipado, pois é inadmissível você comprar hospedagem e café da manhã e ter q tomar o café da manhã correndo e em pé, o hotel tem poucas mesas e o hotel estava 100%, onde todos os hóspedes q vão fazer passeios querem tomar café da manhã e não consegue, eu estava com criança e minha filha sentou no balcão do bar, para tomar o café e eu e meu esposo comemos em pé, isso não pode acontecer, precisa ter um revezamento ou até abrir mais cedo, pois é uma aglomeração, os funcionários correndo para repor e uma fila enorme, e não foi um dia, foram todos os dias a mesma coisa, ninguém vê? Complicado
