Apparently there was a small problem with the booking, which is why I was put in another hotel. Since it was late in the evening, the hotel owner drove me. That was incredibly kind of him. Because of this, I unfortunately can't say much about this hotel other than the friendliness of the staff.

Very clean, good location. Staff didn't know how to make the cocktails on their menu and the room was very small, but we enjoyed our one night stay!

The hotel was not well maintained. The staff was rude. The towels wild and torn. Bedding was not clean and there was no air conditioning or fans. I will not return.

Great property with amazing concierge Having only stayed here for a brief period, arriving after midnight and departing in the morning, I must say the entire experience was truly delightful. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The property itself was well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally spacious with lovely views. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was quite tasty.

Lovely quiet hotel in Machico, short walking distance to the sea front. I enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were very helpful with an issue I had with my passport and helping with my luggage while I went Scuba diving after check out.
